It is surrounded by fenced grounds including natural and manicured gardens, an orchard, and a swimming pool (14m x 4m) with built-in steps. There is also a large patio, an arbor, and a terrace with sun lounges and other garden furniture. There is a barbecue for outdoor dining and reserved parking for cars.
(200 m2) Ground Floor: This villa is decorated in rustic style with antique furnishings. It opens into a long, 50m2 living/dining room with an open fireplace and access to the garden. There is also another 20 m2 living room with an open fireplace and satellite TV (French and Spanish only). The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. There is one bedroom on this floor with a 140 cm standard double bed and a bathroom with a shower and WC. First Floor: There are four more bedrooms rooms upstairs. One has a 140 cm standard double bed and access to the terrace. The other three rooms each have a 140 cm standard double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub and WC, the other with a shower and WC.
