Steps lead down to a private swimming pool (11.25m x 4.5m, 0.65-1.7m deep) surrounded by a sun terrace. The house itself has several covered terraces with stunning panoramic views of the area. Ample parking space for up to four cars is provided. The nearest neighboring house is about 800 meters away.

First Floor: At the top of a stone staircase you will find a second living area, which has a number of chairs, a television, and a fireplace. A doorway leads out onto a large panoramic terrace. This room also has a dining table for four, and an open-plan kitchenette equipped with a cook top, microwave, and coffee machine. On this level there are three bedrooms, all with two 100 cm wide twin-beds. They share one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with handheld showerhead.
