This villa is situated in the quiet, secluded Sierra La Coma Valley, with stunning mountain views. This rustic villa is surrounded by carob, olive, fig, and oak trees in a rural environment where sheep graze and you can enjoy the relaxing sound of their bells. A lovely, private swimming pool (8m x 5m, 1.1-2.2m deep) sits at the back of the house, along with an outdoor shower, a built-in barbecue, a nice lawn, and a large carob tree for shade. The back yard is fenced in for the safety of any children in your party. There is a covered terrace with furniture for outdoor dining on one side off the house, outside of the living room and kitchen. The villa itself is built on one level, making it suitable for children or the elderly. It is furnished with a mix of local antiques and pine furniture.
Ground Floor: The covered terrace leads into a combination living/dining room with a sofa, armchair, fireplace, satellite TV, and a table for six. The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas cook-top, an electric oven, and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms. The first room has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms both have two single beds. They share one bathroom. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine.
