The extensive grounds include rolling hills, woods, olive groves, and vineyards. There are nine individual units, one of which is located 10 meters from the main farmhouse. Each apartment has a kitchen corner and access to a terrace or garden, allowing everyone to enjoy some privacy. Outside there are two pools, one for adults and the other for small children. This is a great location for day trips throughout Tuscany and Umbria.
(7 hectares) Set in a tranquil position between rolling hills, woods, olive groves, vineyards, and cultivated fields, this restored farmhouse is divided into eight independent apartments, plus one individual apartment located 10 meters from the main farmhouse. In the garden, there are two private swimming pools: one for adults (14m x 6m) and a round one for children up to four years old. A footpath in the garden leads through a green Umbrian hill, which is great for leisurely strolls. Parking is available within the property grounds.

First floor: A flight of stairs leads to two bedrooms, each with a 170 cm queen-sized bed. There are two bathrooms with a sink, toilet, and shower.
