Vacation in Skopelos

Located above the town of Skopelos, which many refer to as a small heaven, this villa offers breathtaking views and has a large terrace overlooking it all. Although it seems a beach is in every direction you look from this Greece accommodation, renting a boat for the day may be an excellent decision, for this is how some of the most peaceful beaches on the island are reached.
(3000m2) Situated on a hillside above the town of Skopelos, this villa is surrounded by olive groves and walking trails and looks over the Skopelos harbor. The villa is completely private and is not visible to any of its neighbors. There is a terrace accessible from the kitchen that is furnished with a barbecue and a dining table with chairs. The private swimming pool (7.25m x 3.25m) is framed by a sun deck with loungers and chairs. Parking is available within the property grounds.
(100m2) Ground floor: The entrance to the villa leads to the living room, which has two couches, a decorative fireplace, and chairs. There is a dining table with chairs located in the kitchen, which is equipped with a cook-top, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. French doors from the dining area open to the outside terrace. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, and separate WC. The WC can be reached from the hallway as well. Lower ground floor: A staircase from the kitchen leads to this floor. There are two bedrooms, each with two 90 cm single beds and French doors that open to the terrace. The two bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom with a sink, WC, and shower.
