The garden has a landscaped grass lawn with a gazebo as well as a swimming pool (15m x 7m) surrounded by chairs and umbrellas. Each unit has a private patio with a barbecue and a table with chairs. Access to the property is via an unpaved but well maintained road of a kilometer and a half and parking is available within the grounds.
