(100 hectares) The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden with trees, plants, and flowers. There is a terrace furnished with a barbecue and a table with chairs. In the garden is a private swimming pool (11m x 6m) surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. The pool is open from the end of May to the end of September. Parking is available within the property grounds.
(450 m2/4,843 mi) Ground Floor: There is a large living room room with a fireplace and billiard’s table, and a guest bathroom with toilet. First Floor: A staircase leads up to a living room with couches, a fireplace, satellite TV, and DVD player. A dining room has a table with chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, American coffee maker, and dishwasher. There are five double bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed (160 cm) and air conditioning. Four of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with a sink, toilet, and shower. The fifth bedroom has an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and bathtub.
