The cabin was an excellent place to stay. My kids had a blast with the theater room. We saw a moose while sitting on the deck and enjoying the cool night air. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking and traveling around Yellowstone park. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice get away. List of things to change: (my opinion and you may disagree) 1. Cell service is really limited at the cabin, you get the best spikes on the back patio. Understand that you are in a pretty thick wooded area. 2. There is no TV reception or satellite service. Bring your own movies for the theater room. 3. No internet or WiFi service.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We do a family vacation every year and try to do some place different. Their are 10 of us my husband my 2 daughters their husbands and 4 grandsons ages 9y,6y,5y & 18m. We loved the cabin very,very nice and plenty of room to spread out and not be tripping ouer each other. We were very impressed with how lovely and had pretty much everything you will need for a week or longer stay! The only things we wished it had was a better TV with remotes and some cable or tv channels. NO TV at all so take a lot of movies for the kids at night!! The TV in main room really needs to be updated movie picture is really bad! But we were NOT there to watch TV so don't let this stop you! Can't wait to go back and would rent this same cabin again! Thank you who ever owns it we loved it and Thank you Whitney for all the help!! I always wonder when I read good reviews if it's someone who knows the owner or the owner who wrote it, but be sure I am a total stranger and 1st time cabin renter and will do so again!! Thank you again S.!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We love spending quality family time together. Anything that we can do together as a family is great, that's why we love the Island Park/West Yellowstone location. There is an abundance of things to do. Some of the things we have done include Four wheeling, Snowmobiling, Water skiing, Boating, Camp fires, Hot Tubing, and many more things.
Why the Owner Chose Island Park:
We think that Yellowstone is one of the most beautiful places on earth, because of the wild life everywhere. The occasional wild life sightings make it well worth while. The ease of getting there makes it great too.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
The cabin is very upgraded and has a lot of nice features that most do not. One of the best features is the movie theater room located up in the top loft. Its extreme coziness makes this a wonderful place for family and/or friends to get together. Another feature we love is the hot tub that's on the back deck. Its nice for just some relaxing nights after the long drives around the park or some great off roading with recreational vehicles.
