Situated in the hills of Chianti, this villa, which dates back to the 13th century, is comprised of five apartments. The Beate and Cardinale Units are in the same building, the Vescovo and Abatessa Units are in the same building, and the Sante Unit is completely independent and located 50 meters away from the others. There is a large garden, a shared swimming pool (10m x 10m) with loungers and umbrellas, and a covered patio furnished with a couch, table, and chairs. The pool is open beginning of May to end of September. Each apartment has a private entrance and outdoor patio with a table, chairs, and barbecue. A private restaurant is located on the property and is open for dinner Friday to Sunday for guests of the villa. During the week, the restaurant may be opened upon request for a minimum of 10 people. Parking is available on the grounds.
(100 m2/1,076 ft2) First Floor: Accessed through seven stone steps, you will find a large sitting room with a TV and a fireplace. There is a lovely dining area and kitchen corner complete with an oven, a microwave oven, a freezer, and an American coffee maker. On this level there is a shower bathroom with a washing machine. There is a double bedroom with a full sized bed (140 cm). Three steps down from the sitting room there is another double bedroom with a full sized bed (140 cm). Another three steps lower, also accessed through the sitting room, there is another double bedroom with a full sized bed (140 cm) and a shower bathroom. One more step down there is another double bedroom.
