The villa is surrounded by a large garden with Mediterranean plants, trees, and flowers that include olive trees and myrtle bushes as well as a landscaped lawn. There are two terraces that offer panoramic views as well. The first terrace is furnished with couches and the second terrace is furnished with a barbecue and a table with chairs. There is a private salt-water swimming pool that is accessible from an external staircase from the terrace. Covered parking is available within the property grounds.

This terrace then leads to the living room, which is furnished with couches, chairs, and a TV (local channels only) and has large windows overlooking the bay below.
