Accessible from the villa's kitchen is another covered patio with a gas barbecue as well as a dining table with chairs. A small external staircase from the terrace leads down to an open sitting area with chairs, a wet bar with an icemaker and mini fridge, a guest bathroom, and onto the Jacuzzi, which is near a landscaped lawn. From this terrace as well are a few steps leading down to the private circular swimming pool (30ft x 4ft). The property is situated behind an electronic gate and parking is available within the grounds.

A few steps lower: Situated between the Main Level and Lower Level are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, satellite TV, DVD player, private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with an alfresco shower as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker.
