The property is situated in a gated residential community and parking is available within the grounds.

The master bedroom is located on this level with a king-sized bed, office with a PC computer and fax machine, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Lower level: A staircase leads down to the lower level where there is a second living room with a couch, satellite TV, DVD player, and wet bar with a mini-fridge as well as access to the terrace and swimming pool. Accessible from an external walkway are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom Pavilion This pavilion is situated across the courtyard.
