This ancient country villa offers an elegant Tuscan experience for large groups of families or friends. Situated just 25 minutes from the city of Florence, the location of this villa is convenient for visiting the towns of the Chianti region. While at your villa, your group can relax by the private pool or in one of the many indoor and outdoor common areas. Whether you would like to sit back and take in the views of the surrounding countryside or tour local wineries and towns, this villa is the right choice for your large group!
Dating back to the 14th century, this ancient villa has been tastefully restored. It is situated on a hill in the middle of a beautiful garden surrounded by views of vineyards and olive groves. An outdoor area has been furnished with tables and chairs and a terrace is furnished with sun loungers. The private swimming pool, open beginning of May to the middle of October, (85m2) is surrounded by additional sun loungers and umbrellas. Parking is available within the property grounds.

First Floor: The living room is furnished with couches, chairs, and satellite TV and there is a dining room with a large table with 20 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fireplace, cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. There is also a table that will seat 10. There are three bedrooms on this floor as a well as a terrace. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. The third bedroom has a single bed (90 cm) and the third bathroom (not ensuite) has a sink, toilet, and shower. Second Floor: There are eight bedrooms on this floor. The first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. The seventh bedroom has a single bed (90 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The eighth bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160 cm) and there is an eighth bathroom (not ensuite) with a sink, toilet, and shower.
