Located just outside of Cavaillon, this holiday accommodation is comprised of a main villa and a separate wing, each with a proper living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The grounds are extremely peaceful and when you venture into town, you can even see the Alpilles mountains- simply stunning!
(2 hectares/5 acres) This 18th century French “bastide” is situated on beautiful landscaped grounds with a large fenced garden with a lawn. It is a two-story stone villa that is comprised of a main villa and a separate wing. There is a private and heated swimming pool (12m x 6m, 80-160 cm deep, open May 1 - October 15) surrounded by sun loungers. The garden also has a terrace with a table and chairs, barbecue, and table tennis. Please be aware that the owners live on the property grounds but privacy is ensured at all times. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Behind the living room is a dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, two ovens, a microwave, and dishwasher as well as a dining table with chairs. First Floor: A staircase leads up to four bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm). There is a third bathroom with a sink, shower, and separate toilet room. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. Wing Ground Floor: There is a living room with couches, chairs, and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher as well as a dining table with chairs. There are three bedrooms in this wing, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm). There is one bathroom with a sink and shower and a separate toilet room.
