Dating back to the 17th century this stone villa has been carefully restored while maintaining its original architecture and charm. Set in a quiet and panoramic position, the villa features a garden with a landscaped grass area, flowers, and plants. There is a terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and pergola accessible from the kitchen. The villa also features a solarium, a private swimming pool (7m x 14m), and a changing room with a fridge, sauna, and shower. Parking is available in the garage.
(300m2) Ground Floor: There is a living room with couches, satellite TV, and a fireplace. There is a dining area with a table and chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher as well as a table with chairs and access to the terrace. Four steps lower: There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and Jacuzzi tub. Seven steps lower: A staircase leads down to the garage where there is a washing machine and shower. Mezzanine: There is one bedroom with a 160 cm queen-sized bed, access to a terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. First Floor: There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two 90 cm single beds. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also an open loft overlooking the living room with two 90 cm single beds.
