Your family will enjoy our beautiful mountain home with 3 floors of living space . Enjoy morning coffee on the large deck looking out to the mountains or relax in the large family room with a cozy fire to warm you on a chilly night. The Big Comfy Couch is a great place to watch the ball game on the flat screen TV or listen to the stereo. The large kitchen has everything for your culinary needs. The open floor plan gives your family plenty of space. An additional family room with a flat screen TV is located off the kitchen to give the kids their own space.
The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom and another family room with a TV. The farmers porch just outside the bedroom is a great place to sit and take in the fresh air or at night gaze up at the stars. The stars at night are amazing.
The top floor has a master suite w/ a king size bed and a full bath. The two other bedrooms have two twin beds. A full bathroom for these two bedrooms is located in the hall.
Jackson Village and the Mt Washington Valley has plenty of activities to keep you busy. Golfing at many courses, hiking, biking, swimming, Story Land, Attitash water slide and new Mountain Coaster. At Cranmore Mt. they also have a new Mountain Coaster ride. The views from the Wildcat Zip Line and gondola ride as well as the MT. Washington Auto Road is spectacular,. So many restaurants and plenty of tax free shopping or just a simple walk in the village will make a great day. Santa's Village and the new Bretton Woods Canopy Tour is a short scenic ride through Crawford Notch.

We were parts of 4 families who drove from NC for a 4 day ski competition at Attitash and were thrilled with this spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean home! It was everything that was described and more, and was perfect after our long drive and very full days of ski racing. There was plenty of room for all to spread out and relax. All furnishings were high quality and comfortable and very clean. The owner was completely responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire rental process. He made us feel like welcome guests in his family home! The kids especially loved the arcade basketball in the garage! We would definitely call to stay there again if we get back up that way!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Wow, Wow, Wow!!!! This house is as advertised. It was exceptionally clean, well-equipped and extremely spacious (inside and out). Definitely the place to be for a large group. We are a group of cyclist that participated in the Mt. Washington Bicycle Hill Climb. Most folks would call us crazy, and they would probably be correct. This has quickly become a yearly tradition and finding a house to accommodate a large group comfortably can be difficult. Chip, you delivered!! You can imagine our delight when we arrived to find the house located high atop the hillside overlooking the Jackson Valley. The road leading up to the house is appropriately named, Switchback. Perfect for last minute training!! Inside, the house is very cozy and well-kept. I did indeed feel like it was my home. We are already talking about booking the house for next year. Perfect location for Story Land, Echo Lake, Diana's Baths, North Conway shopping, skiing...The owners are friendly and prompt with communication. We rented this house for our annual trip to Storyland/North Conway. The house is immaculate and spacious. I have a 4yr old and a 1 1/2 yr old. There was plenty of room so they could each have a bedroom as well as space for the grandparents in the lower level. The kitchen/living room area is huge and there was tons of space for the kids to play and the adults could still keep an eye on them. Storyland was very close by and the house is in the opposite direction of the traffic. My friends and I ( 8 women) just spent a wonderful weekend in this home in Jackson. Upon arriving, the 1st thing we noticed is how clean it was ! IMMACULATE ! This house has sleeping for 8, 3 1/2 bathrooms, plenty of space in the kitchen / living area for us all sit sit and catch up and a big bonus of plenty of hot water for us all to shower ! Very close to Black Mountain for those who ski, nice spots near by for cross country skiing and snowshoeing and N.Conway is only 15 min ride for shopping or just hanging out at Horse Feathers ! We have been renting in NH for our * Girls Getaway * for 13 years and we are very happy to have found this home in Jackson ! We plan on returning next year ! My family and I recently spent a long weekend here for a ski vacation. We have been renting homes in the North Conway/Jackson area for several years and this place is by far our favorite!! The home is immaculate - very clean and well cared for. We had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The kids loved having their "own" tv room. The views from the family room are breathtaking, and the quaint village of Jackson is less than a mile away. Thank you Chip! My family and I spent Columbus Day weekend here with another couple. The house was spacious, clean, well equipped, and perfectly situated in Jackson – less than 15 minutes from Story Land and the shops in North Conway. We travel a lot and tend to use VRBO for most of our lodging needs, as with young children it’s usually more practical to rent a house than to stay in a hotel. This was, by far, one of the best properties we’ve rented. There is a flat screen for the adults in the living room, and another flat screen/DVD player on the other side of the room (separated by a bath/ staircase) for the kids. Need I say more?Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family visits the White Mountains two or three times a year. Over the past few years we have had the opportunity to experience everything from hotel suites in North Conway to condos and houses throughout the region. This amazing house in Jackson has been the best option by far. The house was attractive, clean, and large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 5 kids with room to spare. Two living rooms and a spacious kitchen on the main floor made it possible for everyone to spend time together while also allowing the adults and kids a chance to enjoy time apart. The location is perfect for quick and convenient access to North Conway, Storyland, Attitash, restaurants and countless hikes while freeing you of the usual traffic and commotion. You actually feel like you are in the White Mountains! Our future trips to New Hampshire will need to be planned around the availability of this amazing home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed for two nights at this wonderful home with 6 adults and 5 very young children. Upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised to find how clean and great everything looked. Actual home looked much better than the pictures online. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the open floor plan throughout the main floor was ideal for everyone to spend time together and kids to play. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to have a home-cooked meal, even during our short stay. As mentioned by the previous reviewer, we were all pleasantly surprised by all the toys left by the owners. For families hoping to visit Storyland during peak season, this location was absolutely amazing. Instead of fighting with traffic coming in and out of the parking lot to go back to North Conway, we zipped in and out because we were going in the opposite direction. It took only 10 mins to get back, and we loved coming home to this quiet and secluded the home. We all really enjoyed this home and are planning to head back next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family, 6 adults and 2 grandchildren, stayed at this beautiful home over Memorial Day weekend 2011. We were extremely pleased that everythig stated in the listing information was very accurate. We especially enjoyed the open floor plan on the main level of the house as it gave the kids plenty of room to move around and play. To our surprise there was also plenty of toys tucked away in the corner that the kids really enjoyed. This home is situated in a great location and is very close to many activities such as Story Land and the Bretton Woods zip line which I would highly recommend. Many thanks to Chip for making the rental process very easy and for making his home a wonderful family getaway.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
