(13 hectares) Situated in the ancient Etruscan country on the border of northern Maremma and the hills of Cecina, this estate within the natural reserve known as Il Terriccio features four stone villas that date back to the 18th century. Each villa has a private outdoor patio furnished with a table and chairs. There is a private swimming pool (16m x 7m) that is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. A common covered patio features a barbecue and refrigerator. There is also a changing room with an exercise area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Parking is available within the property grounds.
Ground floor: The entrance leads to a living and dining room with a couch, chairs, Satellite TV, large windows, a table with chairs, and doors opening to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, American coffee maker, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. Basement: There is a room with a washing machine.
