There are great views, a shared swimming pool, and all the amenities needed for a fabulous vacation in Italy.
(13 hectares) Situated in the ancient Etruscan country on the border of northern Maremma and the hills of Cecina, this estate within the natural reserve known as Il Terriccio features four stone villas that date back to the 18th century. Each villa has a private outdoor patio furnished with a table and chairs. There is a private swimming pool (16m x 7m) that is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. A common covered patio features a barbecue and refrigerator. There is also a changing room with an exercise area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Parking is available within the property grounds.
Ground floor: The main entrance leads to a spacious living room with couches, chairs, and large windows looking out to great views of the surrounding valleys. A dining room has a table and chairs and the kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, American coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is a second living room with a satellite TV and a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet. First floor: A staircase leads up to five bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. The third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The fourth bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The fifth bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. Basement: There is a room with a washing machine.
