All units enjoy a full ocean view and magnificent sea breeze. Relax while listening to the waves just feet from your condo.
The unit has 2 large bedrooms each with king beds and private bathrooms. There is a third very small bedroom with bunk beds and private bathroom.
Kitchen is granite counters, furnished with electric stove and oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster coffee pot, blender, glassware, dishes, silver, pots and pans, cooking utensils.
If there is a need you have that is not addressed here please ask if it can be arranged. We will do what we can to accommodate your needs.

Area: We are a 20 minute walk along the beach to the center of Puerto Morelos. There you will enjoy an excellent variety of dining. Excellent park for the children in the town square.

Though a quiet fishing village, Puerto Morelos is excellently located just 15 minutes south of the Cancun airport. Halfway between Cancun and Playa Del Carman. We boast some of the best restaurants in the area with the excellent service and prices.
Located behind the reef, we enjoy swimming without the concern of undertow. Excellent diving, fishing and snorkeling.
Well located for taking day trips to the many ancient ruins or fun parks. Golf nearby. Ask our manager to make arrangements or visit our local travel agency for assistance.

Spent a perfect week! Accomodations were exactly as advertised. Condo is very spacious and clean. The owners were onsite. They were so nice and more then accomodating. Location is great! Beach is very nice! Pool is perfect! View is totally amazing! Puerto Morelos is a very pleasant village. Lots of character and nice restaurants!Did you find this review helpful? We just arrived back from our vacation on 2/14/12 and this is what we wrote to the owners: We want to thank you for allowing us to rent your condo in Puerto Morelos. What a beautiful place! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and did not want to come home! We got into a great routine of getting up for the sunrise, having coffee & reading for a while, running the beach, then coming back and lap swimming. After that we changed, had more coffee & breakfast, then enjoyed the rest of the day at the pool & walking the beach. Very lovely & relaxing! We found the snorkeling area closer to town in the roped off area to be excellent! A lot of coral, colorful fish, barracuda, spotted eagle rays, and much more. Another family snorkeled out in front of the condo and even found lobster! We met a lot of great people, both at the condo and in town. The food at the restaurants was great and we also enjoyed making food for lunch & snacks at the condo. We hit David Laou's for "dancing in the street" a week ago Wednesday night. Very fun. Oh, and one of the other renters in the condo complex turned us on to the property manager's wife. What a fantastic baker she is! We had her whole wheat bread, whole wheat garlic & herb bread, bran muffins, flan, and chocolate "cupcakes" (she called them something else). What a treat that we all enjoyed! The accomodations were clean, comfortable, and very homey. The property manager was also very helpful in many ways. What you see in the photos is exactly as advertised. Extremely comfortable surroundings, convenient doorway to the pool and beach areas. Modern kitchen with all amenities except dishwasher. Big screen TV with satellite dish hookup gets major networks and many additional US/International feeds. Area is safe and secure; no need to lock the doors unless leaving for an extended day trip. Major spa/resort just a 3 minute walk down the beach. Twenty minutes further and you're at the Puerto Morelos town square. On- site personnel are courteous and quick to respond to any needs or requests. We never used the air conditioner; constant offshore breeze was enough to overcome the warm temperature. Met the owner, who was very nice and most helpful when needed. Have stayed here for three 7-day visits since 2007, and will make this my "place to stay" in Mexico for years to come.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
