If you’re looking for a large Italian villa with enough room to fit as many as eleven couples, this surely is the place for you! Peacefulness, with gorgeous views of the surrounding olive groves and cypresses await your arrival, as does a charming garden with a private swimming pool. In addition to beauty, you’ll be a quick drive away from Volterra and San Gimignano, two Tuscan towns that are not to be missed!
This villa is surrounded by a park of about 10,000 square meters that is filled with ancient cypresses and olive trees. There is also a garden near the villa with flowers and greenery. An outdoor area has a dining table, gazebo, chairs, and a barbecue. A private swimming pool (14m x 7m), which is open from mid May to mid September, is surrounded by sun loungers, chairs, and umbrellas. Parking is available about 50 meters from the villa although it is possible to drive in front of the property to unload the luggage. An unpaved but well-maintained road of 500 meters leads to the property.

There is one bedroom on this floor with a queen-sized bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. A service bathroom near the kitchen has a toilet. First Floor: A staircase of 10 steps leads up to the second floor where there are five bedrooms. The first, second, third, and fourth bedrooms each has a queen-sized bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The fifth bedroom has a queen-sized bed (160 cm) and there is a fifth bathroom in the hallway with a sink, toilet, and shower. Second Floor: A staircase of 10 steps leads up to the first floor where there are five bedrooms.
