There is a garden that is full of old trees, colorful flowers, and a landscaped lawn. A terrace is furnished with a barbecue and tables with chairs and leads to a staircase that leads down to a private swimming pool. The pool (12m x 6m) is surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. A shower is located underneath the staircase that leads to the pool. A paved road leads to the property and parking is available within the property grounds.
Main Villa Ground floor: The entrance leads to a spacious living room with couches, chairs, satellite TV, and large windows that open to views of the valley. There are four bedrooms on this floor. The first and second bedrooms each have two 80 cm narrow single beds (which are best suited for young people) and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a 170 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and tub with a handheld shower. There is also a service bathroom with a toilet. Lower ground floor: A spiral staircase from the living room leads down to a dining room with a table and chairs and an open kitchen equipped with a cook-top, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. First floor of Villa An internal staircase leads up to the top floor where there are three apartments.
