With two private pools, views of the countryside, and a location that’s near shops and restaurants, as well as the beach, this is one great vacation rental for a family. It has a homey and comforting atmosphere making it a nice place to take a break from day trips out and about the area. The beaches of Versilia, Lucca and Pisa are excellent choices for day trips.
The villa is situated on a hillside and is surrounded by olive groves. It is part of a small hamlet, with three other houses nearby -- one right next door and the other behind the villa. There's a terrace furnished with a barbecue, table and chairs, and sun loungers. Two private swimming pools are connected via a waterfall and are accessed through the kitchen. Parking is available within the property grounds.
First floor: The entrance leads to a living room with three couches. The dining room has a table with chairs and has access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, toaster, American coffee maker, and dishwasher. Ground floor: A spiral staircase from the living room leads down to two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds and access to the garden. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower with a tub.
