House with Pool in the Luberon Near Town

This Provence house in the heart of the Luberon will delight you and your family and friends. Tucked away in a large garden, this vacation rental offers privacy and amazing views of the countryside. Its excellent location near several charming towns, such as Bonnieux and Lourmarin, will make visiting medieval castles, attending live concerts, and enjoying good meals easy and convenient.
(1 hectare) This house is situated in a quiet and secluded position surrounded by trees. There is a grass-landscaped lawn and a private swimming pool (14m x 7m, 110-260 cm deep, open May 1 to October 15). A terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. Parking is available within the property grounds.
(200 m2) A staircase of 12 steps leads to the entrance of the house. Ground Floor: There is a living room with couches, chairs, satellite TV, and stereo. A few steps higher is a dining room with a table and chairs and access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and dishwasher and has another table and chairs as well. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor. The first bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), which is comfy for one and cozy for two, and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (150 cm) and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm). The bathroom has a sink, shower with a tub, and a separate toilet room. First Floor: An external staircase leads up to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please be aware that this floor is only accessible from the outside. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed (150 cm). The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower and the second bathroom has a sink, shower with a tub, and a separate toilet room.
Please Note: The entrance to the house is reached via a staircase of 12 steps. The first floor is only accessible via an external staircase. Although common in France, a 140 cm double bed may be considered small for two people by US standards. With the rental comes three hours a week of included housekeeping. A car is essential. A fountain with a depth of 75 cm is on the property.
