This villa outside of Fira sits on an elevated position with views over the sea, caldera cliffs, and submerged volcano. There are two balconies. The first is furnished with a couches, sun loungers, and table and chairs and the second has a private Jacuzzi and sun loungers. Parking is available in a public lot 150 meters from the villa.
(120m2) Ground floor: There is a combined living and dining room with a couch, armchairs, satellite TV, DVD player, table with chairs, and access to the terrace. Nearby is the kitchen, which is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There is one bedroom on this floor with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. First floor/loft: A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. Please be aware that the ceilings in these rooms are low compared to the rest of the villa.
