Greek Island Villa Walking Distance to Town and Beach

Well-suited for a family or a group of friends, this modern villa has views of the Mediterranean from its private pool and numerous balconies. The tranquil seaside fishing village of Panormo is a short walk away, and the beach is even closer. This villa is well-located for exploring some of Crete’s most famous archeological sites, traditional handicrafts, and the island’s northern coast.
(700 m2) Built in 2004, this 4-floor villa has a private pool (32 m2) with ocean views. There is a covered terrace with sun beds and parasols. There is also a barbeque. Parking is available in the single-car garage.
(240 m2) There are four floors in the villa, two lower floors and one upper floor. The entrance is on the second floor. Ground floor: This level has high ceilings and wooden beams, and is the main entrance to the villa. There is a dining area with table and chairs and an eat-in kitchen with table and chairs that is equipped with a microwave, toaster, American coffee maker, oven, electric kettle, and dishwasher. Up a short set of stairs is a decorated sitting room that overlooks the dining area, with a couch, coffee table, chairs, working fireplace, satellite TV, and a corner balcony with views of the pool and the ocean. First Lower floor: This level has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has narrow twin-beds (80 x 200 cm), most appropriate for young people, and the second bedroom has a large single bed (120 m x 200 cm). There is a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. A balcony on this level leads to a veranda. Second Lower floor: This floor has one bedroom with twin-beds. There is also a sitting area with 3 narrow single beds (85 x 190 cm), most appropriate for young people. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a mini fridge and a washing machine, as well as a balcony. First floor: This level has a bedroom with a large single bed (120 m x 200 cm), and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a balcony with ocean views.
