The villa has a large grass-landscaped lawn and a private swimming pool (12m x 6m), open from the middle of May to the end of September, that is surrounded by sun loungers, armchairs, and umbrellas. The views of the surrounding countryside are beautiful, as are the grounds themselves. Parking is available within the property.
