Greek Island Villa with Views of the Aegean Sea and Within Walking Distance of Town

The island of Koufonisi is a great place to get away from it all, especially since this villa has it all: a home gym, a sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, shared pool and garden, and even a ping pong table! The island is peppered with beaches that can be enjoyed during the day or at night at one of the beachside bars. Of course, you could always opt for the poolside bar at the villa instead, or enjoying an al fresco meal of local fish prepared on the barbeque and fresh produce from the town’s markets and the villa’s garden. This villa is great for a family or group of friends.
(6,300 m2) This villa is on a large property that is shared with one other independent villa right next door. Both villas face the pool. A garden occupies most of the estate, with olive trees, conifers, citrus, a vineyard, a melon field, and an herb patch, ensuring that guests can enjoy a few locally-grown additions to their cooking. There is a shared swimming pool (100 m2, open June through September) with a children’s pool (20 m2) separated by a small waterfall. Near the pool, there are two sitting areas with tables and reclining chairs. There’s also a small outdoor bar with a mini fridge and stereo system. The modern villa has views of the sea and the nearby islands from its balconies, which have table and chairs for dining. In the rear of the villa, there is a barbeque with an additional dining area.
(246 m2) Ground floor: The central entrance leads to the living room overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding islands. The living room has a fireplace, a sofa, coffee table and a sofa bed (most comfortable for one) and is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a DVD player. The dining room has air conditioning and a table and chairs. To its right, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, espresso machine, American coffee machine, and toaster. This floor has two bedrooms, all with views of the sea, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, telephone, and internet. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (165 cm), desk, dressing table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has twin-beds (90 cm) that can be joined together, upon prior request, to form a king-size bed, a bedside tables, a desk, and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Second level: Up one step from the ground floor, this level has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (165 cm), a wardrobe, desk, and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, sink, and toilet. Lower floor: A spiral stairway in the living room leads to the lower floor, which is also accessible via an outdoor stairway and has a gym, a spa, and a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. The gym is equipped with a DVD player and stereo, a treadmill, stationary bicycle, multi-use weight equipment, abdominal bench, gym mat, Pilates ball, step and ping pong table. The spa area has a shower, two toilets, a sauna, a steam bath, and a Jacuzzi with aromatherapy. At the entrance of the basement there is an all-in-one device (telephone/ fax/ photocopier/ printer/ scanner) available for use.
