(4000 m2) This villa combines clean, modern lines with traditional Santorini architectural elements such as vaulted ceilings and stone construction. The villa’s estate is 4000 square meters, offering privacy, tranquility, and beautiful panoramic views of the island, as well as seclusion and privacy. The front of the villa has a large stone courtyard with sea views. There’s also a furnished terrace. A few stairs takes you down to the pool level where there’s a private pool with sunbeds and a shaded pergola with table and chairs for al fresco meals. There’s also a shower near the pool. For chess lovers, there’s a giant chess set overlooking the sea. On the back terrace of the house there is a lounge area and a small basketball court.
Ground floor: The ground floor has an open plan area with a sitting room and a dining area with a table and chairs for 6 guests. There’s an office/library with views of the sea, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Up a few stairs, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm), a large dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Both bedrooms have access to balconies with sea views. Down the hall from the bedrooms, a stairway leads to the TV room, which has lounge chairs, a TV, DVD player, and home theater system. Lower level: This floor has two bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed (180 cm), a sofa bed (most comfortable for one), and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There’s also a private terrace with sea views and an outdoors lounge chair. The second bedroom has twin-beds (90 cm) and no windows, and can be accessed both internally and externally. There is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing board. There is also a guest bathroom with a sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, and oven. There’s also a dining area with a table and chairs.
