There’s also a portable gas barbeque. In the lower section of the garden, there is an enclosed area with fruit and palm trees where the owners usually keep their two dogs; upon request, they can remove the dogs.

The dining room has a table and chairs, and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, kettle, and toaster. Upper Level: The top floor has one bedroom, with a standard double bed (140, comfortable for one, cozy for two) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is access to a large roof terrace (30m2) with splendid views of the sea.
Please Note: The villa has a separate flat with separate entrance that may be occupied from time to time by the owner. In the lower section of the garden, there is an enclosed area with fruit and palm trees where the owners usually keep their two dogs; upon request, they can remove the dogs. The 140 cm double bed, while standard in Italy, is considered narrow for two people by US standards. Air conditioning is located in all the bedrooms.
