This villa has a private courtyard with fantastic sea views from the private infinity and the shaded lounge area. Stairs lead to a large terrace on the upper floor that is equipped with a lounge area with views. On the back of the house there is a BBQ area, a wooden bread oven and a large wooden dining table overlooking the old Castle of Akrotiri. There is private parking at the back of the house.
Ground floor: The living room welcomes guests with two comfortable sofas and is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD, stereo, laptop computer, Wi-Fi, and telephone (with free international calls). Down the corridor is a kitchen equipped with a 4-ring stove and oven, dishwasher, blender, and a coffee maker. The dining area has a table and seating for 8. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and is equipped with a red ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. First floor: This floor has two bedrooms. The first is the master bedroom and has a king-size bed (180 cm) and a vaulted ceiling, TV, DVD player, home theater system, and views of the sea from its windows. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and access to a terrace. A ladder leads up to a loft area with an additional queen-size mattress (160 cm). There is a flat screen TV and DVD player. This floor has a blue bathroom with a shower. Basement level: This level is entered through the courtyard and has a living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring stove and oven. There is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a small exercise room with a treadmill. There is no window in the bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
