Pienza and Montepulciano, two Southern Tuscany jewels, are close by this charming farmhouse composed of two independent apartments. With 6 double bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms divided between two independent units within the villa, your group will have privacy, as well as access to the large garden and pool area.
The farmhouse lies in an agricultural estate with olive groves of over 150 hectares. There is a garden of 2 hectares and a patio with tables and chairs ideal for al fresco dining. There is a private pool (6x12 m, open from mid-May to mid-October) with chairs, tables and deckchairs. A separate small building is used for storage and parking and there is an unpaved road in good condition leading to the property.
These two apartments are independent and do not communicate. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. (230 m2) Ground floor apartment: Enter into a large living area with a fireplace and two bright French windows. There is a dining room with a table for 16 people and a big fully equipped kitchen. A guest bathroom has a shower. The first double bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) and ensuite bathroom with tub. The second double bedroom also has a queen size bed (160 cm) plus an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The last bedroom has a set of narrow twin beds (80 cm), most suitable for young people, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. (200 m2) First floor apartment: Enter into a large living area on two levels with a fireplace. There is a dining area with a table for 10 people with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one double bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) with an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi. The second double bedroom has a queen size bed (160 cm) with an ensuite bathroom with a tub. The last bedroom has a set of narrow twin beds (80 cm), most suitable for young people, with a bathroom with shower.
