This second floor, 2 bedroom ' Model Unit' sleeps 4 in beds and is beautifully and professionally decorated, complete with granite counters, upscale appliances, travertine floors, carpeted bedrooms, coastal-modern furnishings, extravagant artwork and a HUGE HDTV! It is conveniently located directly across from Clubhouse and has a great view of the golf course that winds throughout the complex. You will have full and free access to all amenities and free golfing, plus the beach is just a three minute drive away!
The bedding arrangement is King/Queen, both bedrooms have private adjoining baths and HDTVs. The large utility room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer! You will enjoy the rockers on the balcony as you watch your fellow golfers play below!
The Club house has a spacious clubroom and social area with fireplace, large screen TV and other media. The Business Center is equipped with computers, internet access and fax machine. A state of the art fitness center over looks the golf course with extensive cardio and weight training equipment. Amenities include: Tanning Beds, Game/Billiards Room, Whirlpool and Sauna, Restrooms and Showers, Accessible to persons with disabilities, Golf Shop for equipment and clothing needs, Grill for food and drinks, Large resort-style pool area with cabana, changing rooms and a private 'beach' area.

If you are looking for accomodations in Gulf Shores don't miss out on this Condo. The location of this property was fantastic. Just a short drive to restaurants such as Lamberts and excellent seafood at the Original Oyster House (highly recommended) and very close to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores. The condo was exactly as described clean, comfortable and very relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need to create a home cooked breakfast to enjoy while watching golfers right outside the unit. The full sized washer and dryer was a life saver. This is a must stay location.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

We had an excellent time at Emerald Greens. The property was clean and the realtor was very helpful as we had a few questions upon arrival. The location was awesome as we were only a few minutes from everything. We would recommend this condo and we look forward to many more vacations at Emerald Greens!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

What a great week. Right on the golf course, so the hubby can play. While still close to the beach (only about 5 miles down the road). Perfect place for all! Two bedrooms, but can sleep at least two people on the L-shaped sofa. Highly recommend!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: The L-shaped sofa is really convenient, especially with the HUGE TV right in front of it! Everyone loves it! The Beach is actually only 3 miles South of the complex at the intersection by The Hang Out, great shoppping, and many restaurants. The Tracks and LuLu's and Mall are just a mile or so South, also Gulf Shores Sports complex is just a mile away to the West.
