Recently fully remodeled, the apartment features a handsome bedroom, with a king size bed, nice and spacious living area with lots of natural light, one full and modern bathroom and a shared back patio.
This cozy property sleeps up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. The sofa bed in the living room is almost full size. You will find Art for sale in the apartment from Creativity Explored, a nonprofit visual arts center in San Francisco where artists with development disabilities create, exhibit and sell art. We also have a selected menu of wines for sale in the apartment at $16 each.
PARKING SITUATION
Car is not necessary as there is convenient public transportation on the street. There is no parking in the building. You can park in the street for free but it is limited to two hours during the day and unlimited during the night. Or you can use one of the several parking garages located around the unit:
Public Garages: UCSF Parking garage at 350 Parnassus Av. or the ABC Parking at 801 Stanyan St. The 2 hour parking begins at 8am to 5pm.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION & DISTANCES
Union Square is 15 minutes away from the property by car or taxi. By public transportation: 18 min. Take the Muni Line N direction Caltrain and stop at Powell St.
The Moscone Center is 15 minutes away from the property by car or taxi. By public transportation: 20 min. Take the Muni Line N direction Caltrain and stop at Powell St.
Fisherman's Warf is 20 minutes away from the property by car or taxi. By public transportation: 40 min. Take the Muni Line N direction Caltrain and stop at Embarcadero. Then transfer to Muni Line F Direction Fisherman’s Wharf and stop there (Terminal).
The SFO Airport is 13.3 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 27 min. You can also book a shuttle service. By public transportation: 1h15. I can't begin to say how much I loved staying at this apartment in Cole Valley, just a few blocks away from Golden Gate Park and the Haight Ashbury district. The management company makes it so easy to arrive at your own convenience and they think of everything you need so you can just concentrate on having a great visit to this beautiful area in this fabulous city. The bed linens and towels were luxurious, the kitchen was perfectly set up with everything you need, the art on the walls was incredible, and we honestly could not have asked for more.
