Where vacation is Paradise. Just blocks away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Ocotal, you also can enjoy the conveniences of Playa del Coco and the Liberia International Airport just minutes away.
We are centrally located to several national parks, volcanoes, waterfalls, caves and stunning beaches. Nearby is the best diving and fishing in the country. There are many restaurants, banks, groceries and shopping nearby as well.
Few meters from the condo you can have a dip in the jacuzzi (bubble tub) or use any other pools of the complexe Villa La Colina/Dolce Vita a total of 7 including infinity pool. In the morning, after a day out or at night you can relax the balcony while watching birds, iguanas, and some times monkeys are their for you.
You will enjoy your stay at Villa La Colina in our ground level condo full furnish and completely decorated. A comfortable and affordable 2 bedrooms each has air conditioned for your comfort. Our master bedroom has a Queen size bed with a connecting bathroom and the spare bedroom features a double bed with bunk twin on top. A second bathroom will accomodate all the guests.The dining area affords comfort for your dining as well as an eat-in kitchen with a round counter-top and bar stools, and other air conditioned unit cools the leaving area. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. In the unit a safety box will allow ou to save your passport and more.

About the owner: We me and my wife, Diane, are French Canadians; we live in Lachine near Montreal. After more than 30 years in the suburbs we choose to get back to the city. Lachine gives us peace that we were looking even more not having grounds maintenance and landscaping simply gives us more time to enjoy life.
Why the Owner Chose Playa Ocotal:
In 2006 we had found our little peace of Paradise in Costa Rica. A wonderfull country, so close to nature. So many things to see and to do in Costa Rica
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
After some vacation in Central America and other countries of the South our choice was very simple, we're in love with Costa Rica's paradise on earth.
The Guanacaste area and dry climate made many jealous, here it is simply beautiful. We find our place. We had to choose between the night life and facility of Playa del Coco and Playa Ocotal.
Our choice Playa Ocotal, Villa La Colina offers us an enchanting site with lots of vegetation, a large and peaceful place to live. We are within 1 Km of Playa Ocotal and less than 3 km from Playa del Coco.
While being less than 100 km of the greatest Tourists Attractions among others: Arenal, Monteverde, Ricon de la Vieja, Tenorio, Marivalles and more. Lover of fishing, diving or snorkeling you'll simply delighted.
What's better than being in this enchanting place after a day of adventure and discovery while being close to the nature.
