Looking for a get-away? We have a beautiful fully furnished remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, includes all utilities, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, internet and outdoor gas grill. The bedrooms have a good size.
As the home is newly remodeled and furnished, please look at the actual pictures. New floors, A/C, paint, quality furniture, blinds, appliances, bathrooms...everything is new!
There is a screened lanai on the east side attached to the living room with a dining set and a conversation set for relaxing. We are about a 5 minute drive to Nokomis beach on Casey key and Venice downtown. Many golf courses and other activities around. The Legacy Trail bike trail is around the corner and bikes are available. The Legacy Trail offers areas to stop, rest, learn about its history or just enjoy the natural beauty surrounding in that area. Please check here:

In the nice backyard with a old oak tree which gives some shade, you can enjoy the old Florida living. The backyard is on a saltwater canal with your own private dock and 10 minutes to the gulf of Mexico, where you can explore the nature at the water, BYOB (bring your own boat) or rent one just down the road at the marina!

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and the people were so friendly, especially the folks that lived next door. The location was great. You still need a car but the town of Venice was less than five minutes away and all the beaches were close too. Restaurants and shopping were also convenient. The owners had everything just as if it was your own home. The house was furnished very tastefully and had a larger TV than what we have at our home which was very nice. The King size bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the lanai, especially in the mornings. While we were there, the dryer broke down, but the very next day, a brand new one was delivered. The owners were very considerate of our need to do our laundry. We had a great time and would recommend anyone to rent this very nice place. It was very quiet and I even got to feed some of the birds in the lovely backyard. Thanks for your consideration of allowing us to bring along our bichon dog who was fascinated by all the lizards and the birds. She, too, had a great time. We took her to the dog beach.
