I rented this place for UMF 2013 for the 2nd weekend. The place was clean and modern with a fantastic view! There was all the basic essentials for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with extra linens. The condo was amazing and the place was well worth it! You could see everything from the apartment including the train station, main town center and the ocean! Would come here again. Absolutely amazing place. We had a perfect stay at this unit. Very clean, and modern, with extravagant kitchen, bath and pool accessories (2 pools on the tenth floor, along with a hot tub). The views from the bedroom and balcony were gorgeous, especially waking up to the sun every morning. The unit was as described and met all of our expectations. A perfect location in the Brickell area. It was clean, modern and well appointed with all necessary kitchen and bath accessories. This condo was a newly furnished 1 bedroom on 50th floor of Plaza on Brickell. The owner met us at the building to let us in on the night we arrived. The view was spectacular. The building has 2 large pools on a spacious pool deck which got sun most of the day. The exercise room was large and had plenty of equipment. I never had a problem getting on a machine. The building is located a block from Brickell Village which has tons of restaurants and a grocery store. On Friday night there were hundreds of people dining out and seemed to be a great place to hang out. The location is 10 minutes to Miami Beach and near an expressway to get you wherever you need to go. The condo had all the needed amenities and has a futon type couch where my son slept. The only issues I found is that bedroom does not have a dresser (which may be because the owners have not put one in yet), the balcony needs a couple of chairs to sit on (I had to bring out a dining room chair) and the parking is on the eighth floor of the garage so it took a few minutes to get up to our parking spot. Otherwise, I found the condo worked well for our vacation.Owner response: We greatly appreciate all this comments and suggestions. Definitely the dresser in the bedroom and the chairs in the balcony are a must, we agreed, and that issue is being solved. As of the parking, there in not much I can do, that is my assigned parking, but at least it is complimentary. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to host you, and hope you will consider us next time you come back to Miami for a vacation.
