"NO SHOES REQUIRED" is located in Seacrest Beach just off scenic Highway 30-A, this beautiful, new, four bedroom, vacation home is the ideal rental for families or groups. This Non-Smoking, two-story home was completed and furnished in November 2003. It includes an inviting, heated, in-ground swimming pool. The owners tastefully decorated this home in a "beach" theme for their guests.
The first floor layout has living, dining, and kitchen areas along with a master suite (king bed) and bunkroom (two twin beds plus daybed) for kids each with a full bath. The living area has two sets of French doors that lead to a spacious screened porch. The second floor offers another master suite (king bed) and an additional bedroom (two queen beds) each with separate full baths. "No Shoes Required" comfortably sleeps up to 13 people.
The home is just a short walk to the beach and a quick, four-minute drive from the house to the Tom Fazio designed "Camp Creek" Golf Course. The home is nestled in the quiet White’s Gulfview Estates with much of the property’s lush vegetation maintained for a peaceful, natural setting.
