  My husband and I took a last minute vacation and were thrilled to find this house available. The owner was great to work with and super nice which made us feel good about our home selection before we even left for vacation. We live in a tourist town and have many friends that rent homes, as well as visit friends that come to the area and rent a home near us from someone we don't know. I guess you can say we have "high expectations" because we have seen the lowest of the lows and the best of the best. This house is very much the best of the best. The house was spotless, the bed linens and towels were what we are used to in our own home, and nothing meager or scratchy. We had all the comforts of home with up to date appliances and furniture throughout the whole house and a very comfortable bed. There were many added bonuses that I have never had available to me in a home that I have rented, or rarely see at the rentals around where we live. There was bikes in the garage free to use, a stack of DVD's on the mantle, an office with a printer that made the little bit of work we had to do on vacation not so painful, a toy box full of beach toys just steps from the beach, as well as a basket of freshly laundered beach towels just waiting to hit the sand. The house sits in a perfect location just steps from the undeveloped National Park. The tiki hut is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the afternoons. Since it was cool some while we were visiting my husband and I would sit on the front porch in the afternoons in the warm sunshine, and watch the dolphins play in the lagoon right across the street. The view to the lagoon was almost as impressive and close as the view to the ocean from the back deck. I can't wait to go back to New Smyrna Beach, and when we do go back this will be the only home that we would stay in. We did a lot of walking on the beach and I recognized several homes that I had enquired about while searching for a last minute rental, and I am so glad that this home was the home we chose. We very much enjoyed our vacation, and staying in this house was the icing on the cake.

  I cannot say enough about this vacation home or it's owners-they are great! Better than the pictures describe and it has everything you need. I would absolutely recommend this beach house, in fact, we will be going back-hopefully this summer!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

  I cannot say enough about this vacation home and it's owners! Wow-what a great place directly on the beach in a quiet location. The home had everything we needed, was extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of seating to watch a beautiful sunrise from the tiki deck or back deck, while an awesome sunset is seen from the front of the house overlooking the inlet. I would absolutely recommend this beach house. In fact we will be going back-hopefully this summer!

  The whole family was very impressed with the house including upgrades and location. It was very private and really forced the family to relax and enjoy each other's company. We enjoyed the two separate living spaces especially with the little one so he could take his naps in peace. Our favorite part was the tiki hut. When the tides were high, we would play a game of dominos or have lunch out under the hut. The dogs also loved to sit under the tiki hut and watch the waves. This was a fabulous beach house and if we come back to New Smyrna to vacation again, we will surely look up this house!

  Great location on the beautiful beach. The house is wonderful - very modern with granite and tile and stainless appliances. Super clean and well stocked with all kinds of kitchen utensils, beach chairs and toys, etc. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

  This home was perfect for our family. The quiet picturesque location and clean, well-appointed home made our New Smyrna family vacation our best, yet! The cabana was perfect for lazing out of the sun, while having a perfect view of the surf. Our teenagers hung out downstairs, while the adults spent time together upstairs. This is our #1 choice for a rental. Thank You!!!

  This was an exceptional vacation. We've been going to NSB our entire lives and this was without question the best vacation we have even had there. The home was the perfect combination of new state of the art appliances and media equipment combined with a relaxed beach setting. The kitched was fully stocked with everything you need. We've been spoiled by this experience and plan on making it an annual event!!

  My family and I enjoyed our week long stay in this Awesome Oceanfront Beach house!!!! Everything in the ad was accurately described, very nice well stocked kitchen, great views of the ocean and river/lagoon, loved the wrap around deck and Tiki hut next to the ocean. My family stayed in this area of New Smyrna Beach last year as well and we love the close proximity to Canaveral National Seashore (less than 6-7 houses to this national park with 20+ miles of undeveloped beach). Nice quiet area of the beach, barely anyone around.
