It features five bedrooms and four baths, a contemporary kitchen, a sunporch overlooking the beach, and a large family room. The deck area has been enlarged and now includes an oceanfront pool.
This home is conveniently located on one of the Island's best beaches. The Coligny Circle area with all its shopping and entertainment is an easy walk down the beach only ten streets away, while the Crown Plaza Hotel is just up the beach.
The home is a two level design. The upstairs is the main living area and has a tremendous beach view. There are two bedrooms on this level. The master is outfitted with a queen and has a private bath while the other bedroom has a king bed and a full bath. On the lower level, which opens onto the pool deck, there are three more bedrooms. The queen bedroom has a private bath while the other two bedrooms, both with a set of twins, share a bath.
