This beachfront home, located in the quieter area of North Forest Beach at the junction of Dune Lane and Jacana, has recently been completely redecorated. It features five bedrooms and four baths, a contemporary kitchen, a sunporch overlooking the beach, and a large family room. The deck area has been enlarged and now includes an oceanfront pool.
This home is conveniently located on one of the Island's best beaches. The Coligny Circle area with all its shopping and entertainment is an easy walk down the beach only ten streets away, while the Crown Plaza Hotel is just up the beach.
The home is a two level design. The upstairs is the main living area and has a tremendous beach view. There are two bedrooms on this level. The master is outfitted with a queen and has a private bath while the other bedroom has a king bed and a full bath. On the lower level, which opens onto the pool deck, there are three more bedrooms. The queen bedroom has a private bath while the other two bedrooms, both with a set of twins, share a bath.

About the owner: In the late 70's I came to HH as a single mom. I needed to earn enough to educate my three children. They graduated from college and moved out of state. My profession was Realestate. In the 90's I married my college boyfriend. He was a Trial Lawyer in Fl. In 2011 he had a stress induced heart affack and died, so I moved back too HH. My first ocean front house, which I purchased in 82' is now my permanent home. We didn't rent 83Dune for many years as there were so many friends and family who wanted to visit. However, now that I am again on my own, prudent me decided I should rent. it is a fun business, as I get to meet and know so many nice visitors.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
When I purchased the house, it was my son' job to remodeled. He took out all the windows, doors, etc., added a new kitchen, two baths, a bedroom, and a family area which is great for the younger ones. The house is not large, but clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The area is great, close to Coligny, and the view is the best on the beach. Through the years, it has been a favorite of many. I like to limit the number to 10.
