  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of this property. Thought we found our forever condo - but the owner wants 2 month renters. On the hunt once again.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rug in living area is old and shows stains, some I was able to clean and remove. Dishwasher did not work from day one, and I did not bother to report until end of stay. Light was out of thermostat had to replace. n master bed is so uncomfortable. Love the location, the pool and all the friends we have met in staying there last 4 yrs.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this property, however we had a big problem with the mattress in the master bedroom. It had a valley in the middle which resulted in us having back issues. The sofa & loveseat looked good, but arm covers had been placed over soiled & threadbare areas. When cleaning the floors black paint constantly flaked off the kitchen baseboards onto the cleaned areas. Also, marks on the walls had not been cleaned and we wore out two Magic Eraser cleaners cleaning the marks before our guests arrived.

Reviewer Comments: We rent this condo because of the location. The condo is somethat out-dated but clean. Small appliances need to be replaced and not many baking dishes and no serving dishes. Have met many nice people living in other unites.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not only was the property beautiful,,,but so were the owners of the property as well as the rental guests. I felt like I was part of a family...I cried when I left because I had such a wonderful stay and made lifelong friendships...here's to you Island Club!!!! Lov you all Roxanne
