  My sister and her husband found this comfortable cottage for us in their neighborhood for our Christmas gathering. This cottage quiet, private and cozy, and the surrounding lot is spacious and inviting as it gently slopes toward a million dollar view. This listing is accurate and complete and, despite our not being able to use the cottage's great beach and boat dock due to the season, we found that it was a wonderful spot for us. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils for cooking. The owners made sure that we had little things like comforters and cleaning supplies to make our stay comfortable and easy. The cottage was immaculate when we arrived, and all of the instructions were clear and helpful. The ceilings are open to the roofline which makes the space feel airy and spacious. I would love to return in warmer weather to enjoy the large screend in porch that commands an amazing view of Lake Norman. There's room to sit and to eat there as well. For fun, you can walk down to peek through the trees at the lake cottage featured in "Homeland." I would recommend this cottage to anyone without hesitation.

  My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage very much for the Thanksgiving week. The view was spectactular and we had a perfect sunset every night. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions. Thank you for another fantastic VRBO experience.

  We visited the lake for a fun-filled and relaxing weekend with our two teenagers. We rented the owners boat and had a great time tubing and water skiing on Lake Norman! The boat was at the house and ready to go first thing in the morning, no hassles of driving to a marina to pick it up! The lake front is perfecy for lounging in a chair, hanging on the dock and swimming!!!

  My family had a very relaxing and peaceful vacation! My husband and I loved sitting on the screen porch in the mornings having our coffee and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The owners were extremely helpful in making our vacation perfect. I would recommend this property if you are wanting a relaxing getaway. We will be back.

  Our family came into town for our wedding and we rented this charming cottage for the week. It was perfect!!! The atmosphere was great, the size was perfect for the 7 people we had staying there, and the view was amazing. We will definitely be renting this property again and really appreciated the owners working with us on dates. They were so responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent on Lake Norman.

  My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing weekend and we loved it. The view is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting in the gazebo and the screened porch was nice too. We will definitely be back here.

  Stayed here in April this year. Beautiful cottage surrounded by trees providing plenty of privacy. Loved sitting out in the gazebo on the lake. Would definitely rent again.
