Welcome to Tramore Beach Chalet and thank you for showing an interest in our newly built (2001) open concept and spacious 1100 sq. ft chalet nestled on the protected shores of Tracadie Bay at Blooming point. This chalet offers 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6- 8 comfortably , one large bathroom with a soaker tub and stand up shower," great room" with a fireplace , cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows so you won't miss the sunset! Also featured in this oceanfront chalet is a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences (4 appliances) and a eating bar for those informal meals. Throughout the chalet is ceramic tiles for worry free activity and warmth (in floor heating) On the west side you will find a screened in porch with a barbeque, and a large front deck, all of this only 20 feet from a "child friendly" sandy beach on Tracadie Bay, where you can experience waterfront living with a view, a beautiful beach and a perfect place for fun, relaxation and the "Island Experience".
THE CHALET HAS SATELLITE, LOCAL PHONE, PRINTER/FAX AND WIRELESS INTERNET
While staying at the Tramore Beach Chalet, take a day off from the beach and do a little sight seeing. Visit the famous Anne of Green Gables, golf at one of the many highly rated courses or drive to Charlottetown's and experience it's colonial charm. If deep sea fishing is your delight take a short drive to Covehead Harbor and have an adventure out at sea and catch the one that really was "that big" or just stay at the Chalet and enjoy the variety of beaches around you. At supper time you can walk out on your sand bar and collect clams for an appetizer or a full meal. At night there are numerous festivals, events, pubs and restaurants for your entertainment
GREAT ROOM / DINING ROOM
Come in and curl up in front of the fireplace and read a book, or just relax on the couch and take in a little TV or a DVD movie, browse with your LAPTOP on our High Speed Internet, perhaps listen to some of your favorite music on the STEREO or catch up on island news by listening to a local radio station. Enjoy the spectacular sunset from the comfort of the great room, or go outside to the deck from the french doors, either way the view will not be forgotten . Not to be missed is the dining room that adjoins the great room and has the same fantastic view with access to the screened in porch through sliding glass doors so you can enjoy eating el fresco. Imagine listening to the gentle sounds of the ocean while dining on some of P.E.I'S famous seafood while entertaining or just relaxing with friends or family
KITCHEN
Put the kettle on and have a visit in this modern, comfortable fully equipped kitchen (4 appliances) with everything you will need from making a full course turkey dinner to a quick lunch, breakfast or maybe even a little baking with the kids, everything you will need is here for you. In the kitchen you will find an eating bar for those casual mornings or even an informal dinner together. In a self contained pantry area a washer and dryer are there just in case the laundry bug hits you, or perhaps you packed "just enough" clothes for the week or maybe you enjoy heated towels when you get out of the tub or shower, either way the laundry area is conveniently located.
BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom
After a day at the beach, sightseeing or maybe a round of golf on one of P.E.I 'S scenic courses a good nights sleep may be in just what the doctor ordered. Lay down and let the down duvet soothe you into a deep sleep on a comfortable queen size bed fitted with combed cotton sheets for that added touch. Open the window and let the tranquil air and sounds let you drift off and "dream a little dream" Make yourself at home and put your clothes and other belongings in the dresser and set up "house" for a week or maybe even a little longer.
Bedroom 2
In this bedroom you will find a double bed that is also fitted with a light down duvet and combed cotton sheets for your ultimate sleeping enjoyment. A great place to read a book in bed and breath in the fresh ocean air.
Bedroom 3
In this bedroom for extra sleeping space is a single bed and a bunk bed and is also comforted with down duvets and combed cotton sheets. Not unlike the other sleeping areas in the chalet you will enjoy the fresh ocean air as it sweeps in through the window at night letting you get that deep sleep you need while on vacation.
BATHROOM
Relax and enjoy a soothing dip in the soaker tub or get the sand out from between your toes in the large stand up shower, whatever your pleasure or need, this well designed bathroom will suit . Step out of the bath onto the heated floors and wrap yourself in a thick luxurious towel and think about the day or night ahead of you ENJOY !!
