  We traveled with our grown children and grandchildren from North Carolina. The house is large, nicely furnished, and able to accommodate all of us very comfortably! We we very close to all the attractions and shopping. We would definitely stay there again!

  I enjoyed the home we rented in Terra Verde the home was beautiful, Our Family enjoyed the pool, Hot tub and, game room It was just like being at home all you needed was groceries to make it complete. I will most definitely consider going back again. When time came to leave the Kids were not ready to leave they really enjoyed.

  It was really a pleasant experience for us. The house is spacious and multi-functional. The most exciting parts for our kids are the pool and the game room. They really had fun there. I was pleased by their kitchen and in-house laundry, new and efficient. Anyway, I would like to recommend the house and already add it as my favorite house for our future trip. By the way, the house has a crib in the master bedroom on the second floor and a high chair in the living room and stool in the kid's bath room. Very kids friendly.

  All of this affected our stay. I want to start off by saying I have stayed in many rental properties in this area before. Most often theses houses are run by owners that care about there homes and they want you to like it enough to come back again. I would not use this house again. Game Room- Pool table was missing ball and pockets torn to the point the balls fell to the floor. Foosball table- the men fee spin so pointless to even been in the "game room". Air hockey table would not power up. Thus no reason to try to play that. Drapes in living area falling to the ground. Large Dust balls everywhere. No ice in a freezer that had ice machine. Mud spattered all over the first wall you see when you walked in. No GATE anywhere in the house to close the stair case, my son (9years) fell down half the stairs onto tile (no carpet there) and had bleeding from the nose. Lucky it was not broken. I am not a picky person but this place in NOT FOR KIDS. Even the pool gate was broken and any child (crawling age) could have gone into it without grownup help. Really disappointed in the house. I have rented many homes in this area many times and never seen a property so neglected by the owners. This house is a law suite waiting to happen. Lucky we only stayed in the house less then 12 hours. Keep looking there are some really nice house's listed, that a mom would be much happier with. Thanks Belynda form Texas And before you think

  Owner response: This review reminds me a story I heard when I was a child. A long time ago, India has a person who loves elephants and also wants the people in the city share his love. Once a blind came to visit and happily touched the elephant. He touched the tail of the elephant and therefore thought his touch is the elephant. Then the blind man felt very angry and yelled: "Who said the elephant is big? In my opinion, elephant is thin and long, looked like a rope". I feel so pity about the blind man. I also feel so sorry about this guest, who missed so many wonderful parts of our house such as new bedding, new furniture, new TVs, and lots of details that show our sincerity to have them in the house. We have professional management team who work very hard to take care of our house. I couldn't say our house is flawless, but the review definitely doesn't draw a true picture of our house. Even she blames his 9-year old boy fall from the stairs to the floor instead of thinking she should have held his hands, I still appreciate her review. Because I believe every review is like a mirror, no matter it is a distorting one or not, we can always find ways to do better.

  My family and I had the priviledge to spend our Thanksgiving 2012 at this property. We arrived on the Tuesday before, presented our paperwork at the gate, and was directed to the club house where we were registered and given an entry card to arrive and depart the prperty as needed w/o any hassle. Upon arrival to the home, we found everything to be as presented on the website. There is one Master Suite downstairs, and the other six rooms are upstairs. All televisions worked, the PS3 in the Family Room worked great for the kids, the wireless system allowed everyone to stay connected via social media as well, and we had plenty of space to be comfortable. There is a pool table, air hockey and fuse ball setup in the garage that kept the kids busy as they waited there turn on the PS3. It was a little to cold (dipped into the low 40's) for us to utilize the pool (pool heating was available) but the patio was great. I would recommend this property very highly to all, ONLY if you will take care of it properly so we can use it again! LOL

  It was an awesome home. We were really grateful to spend our holiday there. We had 14 people including 4 kids. My daughter really loves the girl's bedroom and even ask me to buy the same bedding set for her at our home. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean and well maintained. Kids had lots of fun in the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tubs and watching moives! The rooms were perfect as we had 4 families staying together. We didn't feel crowded at all. Towel supplies are good. Also the location of the house is perfect. Minutes driving to super Wal-Mart. Close to everything ( Disney World, retail stores, restaurants, gas station...) We also enjoyed club house in Terra Verde. My husband went to their fitness center every morning. And we got discount for our tickets because we were residents in Terra Verde. We really had a wonderful experience in staying in this house. We would like to recommend this house to all of you guys and we will return next year!
