We would like to welcome you to our beautiful Sunriver home. Set near the river on a quiet cul-de-sac, #1 Golden Eagle is a great location! A short trail leads you to the riverfront, with beautiful views of Mount Bachelor. Deer wander in the adjacent area of light woodland, and nature is at your doorstep. Nearby bike trails run along the river and connect to the extensive network of bike paths of Sunriver. The beautiful wooden bridge that spans the river is close by.
This 2600+ sq foot home is on one of the most private streets in Sunriver, close to Deschutes River. The house is situated on a large lot with expansive decking, perfect for large group entertaining and has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus bonus/play room to house big gatherings.
The home has been recently redecorated and updated. There are 5 bedrooms, and it can accommodate 12 comfortably. It includes wireless internet and cable TV.
The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed, TV, DVD player, library of books and a rocking chair - a great place to relax and read. There is an ensuite bathroom with magnificent high ceilings and the master bedroom also has a private deck that overlooks the back yard. Also upstairs, is a second bedroom that has 2 sets of bunk beds with an attached half bath area, and its own TV and DVD player with some kids' video tapes. There is also a bonus playroom with foosball and an air hockey table. This is a great area where the kids can have some indoor fun!
Downstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms. There is a beautiful room with a king bed, and another with a queen bed. Both have their own televisions. Additionally there is the final bedroom with 2 twin beds. These bedrooms are served by the downstairs full bath.
Also downstairs is the wonderful large indoor sauna. This great feature is lots of fun and can accommodate 10-12 people.
The kitchen was recently fitted with new stainless steel appliances. There is a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric range. Also are other kitchen appliances. It has a full complement of utensils and a variety of pots, pans, dishes and glassware, serving dishes etc. The center island has 4 bar stools.
The adjacent dining area has a large table that can seat 8. The 'antler chandelier' is a whimsical feature that catches the eye!
The great room has magnificent high cedar ceilings and a rock fireplace that has a gas fire. It is carpeted and has warm furnishings and a new 39' TV, dvd/ video player and music system.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The garage can accommodate 2 cars out of the weather, and has several adult and children bikes for guest use - 'don't forget your helmets!' There are also a few sleds for snow fun!
The fenced back deck, off the kitchen, has outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue and of course the large new hot tub that seats 8.
We do provide linens and towels for use at the house.

Very nice house. The only thing I noticed was the BBQ was worn out and had a huge hole in the burner. The house had internet and worked well with our ski group. Hot tub was great. I would recommend staying at this house.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, adventure seekers.

We have been to this house several times and enjoy it every time. It has everything you need and more. The kids love the double bunk room and the game table area. Its a place for them to get away too while the adults visit downstairs. A place for everyone! The large deck is great for BBQ's and the new hot tub is divine.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The home was comfortable and very easy to have two families stay and play in Sunriver. The hot tub is large and the sauna wonderful. The location close to the river made it easy to access the bike path for beautiful walks.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We bought this home as a group of 3 familes and all enjoy visiting Sunriver. Some love to ski whilst others love the beautiful sunshine and the hikes.

Sunriver is an amazing vacation resort with lots to do year round. Nature is bountiful and the children love to bike, play and swim.
The surrounding area has great hikes and beautiful views. Horseriding, skiing, golf, kayaking, fishing etc etc. Need I say more!

The home is in a private and quiet location in a pretty part of sunriver, at #1 Golden Eagle. The neaby river bike path is gorgeous!
