Your future vacation home is beautifully decorated with new furniture, carpeting, and artwork evoking the colors and scenes of the beach and natural surroundings. The home has cozy corners for close family time but with over 2,000 square feet of space and large rooms, there's enough room to get away when you want to. The home was first occupied in 2010. It is equipped with luxury upgrades like hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, 10 feet high ceilings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen tv, high-speed internet, granite and marble countertops, and multiple balconies and porches. (Be sure to select the 'Video' tab to the upper left of this description to see video of the entry foyer, kitchen, and family room.)
The house is close to all of Rehoboth's activities but its location and ammenities will allow you to RELAX on your vacation. Soak in the natural environment from the screened-in back porch or 2nd floor balcony with expansive wetland and golf course views and bird watching along the tidal marsh of the Wolf Pit Branch of the Kings Creek. Jump in the pool to swim some laps or to cool off after the beach. Walk or bike to yacht canals and stunning views of Rehoboth Bay. After a long day, let yourself unwind. Lounge on one of the porches or balconies and enjoy evening breezes, watch the sunset over the trees, read a book, take a nap, or sip your favorite drink. Later, cook a gourmet meal in the huge kitchen, barbeque outdoors, or enjoy one of the many fantastic area restaurants. In the evening, open the windows, turn on the ceiling fans, and fall asleep to fresh ocean air, a light breeze, and the sounds of water fountains, wind blowing through the water grass, and frogs croaking in the moonlight.
The Seasons is a new community. It is adjacent to both Kings Creek Golf Course and the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club. The community includes a large scenic pond with fountains, a large private pool, and plenty of on-site parking. The Seasons is a limited access community, making the streets quiet and safe for little ones. It's perfect for a bike ride, jogging, skateboarding, a scooter run, or a relaxing stroll. With a lot of green space, there is also plenty of room to fly a kite, throw a frisbee, and play some football or wiffleball.
Besides the beach and Jungle Jim's water park, golf, the boardwalk, and miniature golf are just minutes away. Great, tax-free shopping in downtown Rehoboth Beach or at the Tanger Outlets are close by. Other nearby activities include: biking, an amusement park, spas, kayaking, sailing, boating, waterskiing, state parks, parasailing, jet skiing, crabbing/fishing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, hiking, movies, and a fitness center. We provide extensive recommendations for activities and restaurants/nightclubs upon receipt of your signed rental agreement and deposit.
The home sleeps 10 and has 3 bedrooms with 2 adjoining large bathrooms on the 2nd floor plus a 3rd floor loft. A powder room is conveniently located on the first floor. There are 2 queen sized beds, one double bed, two twin beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress. Each bedroom is fully furnished with balcony access and ample closet space and dresser drawers. The loft provides additional sleeping space for a teenager or young adult. Additional space, for up to 2 additional people, is available for your sleeping bags or air mattresses in other portions of the house. The occupancy limit is 12 people.
Your rental includes approximately 40 dvds, 40 Xbox video games, and a collection of books and board games for adults and children alike. Also, for those of you with small children, you won't need another car to bring all their supplies - we provide baby, child, pool, and beach equipment (see amenities for details). Summer rental includes a downtown Rehoboth Beach parking pass (no parking pass is necessary except during the summer). We encourage you to read comments from our past guests to learn more about the house, the community, and their rental experience.
For weekly rentals, our normal weekly rentals go from Sunday to Sunday. This helps you avoid summer time traffic on Saturdays when virtually every other beach home rental period starts and ends. Thus, you won't be stressed when you get here or when you leave. :)
Minimum 3 night rental during Peak and Near Peak seasons (with rental period ending on a Sunday for weekend rentals) and minimum 4 night rental for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Minimum 2 night rental all other times. Please click on the 'View Calendar' feature to see available dates.
An initial 50% deposit and signed rental agreement will be due within 10 days of making the reservation. The remaining 50% rental rate, plus a refundable (if no damage) security deposit of $300, will be due 30 days before your arrival date. For those making their reservation 30 days or less than their anticipated arrival, the full rental rate, security deposit, and signed rental agreement will be due no later than 10 days after you make your reservation.
Our complete fees are listed below in the 'Rate Details' section. There are no additional fees (like a cleaning fee, booking fee, etc.) that you might have to pay with other homes. You can pay by check, cash, or credit card (via PayPal). And for those of you staying between October 1 and May 15, be sure to ask about our early check-in/late check-out availability.
Readers Digest recently named Rehoboth's Boardwalk as 'Best of America' and Rehoboth Beach and neighboring Dewey Beach were recently named by the Natural Resources Defense Council's water quality report as two of the four cleanest water beaches in the United States. Both Rehoboth Beach and The Seasons are open, welcoming, and inclusive communities. Singles, couples, families, and friends will all enjoy their time here. Come see why!

"I was one of the women at your house this past weekend with J.F. It is beautiful! Each room is decorated so well, and I love the accent walls and the vibrant colors!" PS from the owner - this guest liked the house so much, she did a free video of the house that we subsequently posted on the website. Apparently she thought the one I did didn't do it justice. :)Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

"We had a WONDERFUL time! Your house is so beautiful; Thank you for sharing. We filled the birdfeeder and watched the little birds fight over the food...The ladies want to reserve again for next President’s Day, but I told them it might be a little too soon for you to reserve for next year already! Again, thanks for sharing your wonderful home."Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

As it was winter time during our stay we took full use of the fireplace in the living room which was great. Though probably not as abundant as it is in the summer, we still saw some wildlife in the wetlands behind the property. The kitchen and dining area is quite spacious with all the amenities (including some additional basics either provided or left over from other guests: a great spice rack, coffee filters, sugar, dish towels). My friends and I (5 total) really enjoyed the property as well as all the space it provided, would certainly recommend this property to others, especially for groups.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Anna. I am glad you enjoyed it. The fireplace is a nice feature on chilly days. There is more wildlife during the summer but I have been surprised that some of the bird species do not go away for that long (if at all) during the winter.

This rental was just as nice as the photos represented. We had a fairly large family gathering and the downstairs area was big enough to accommodate everyone. Sleeping areas were private for each family We were here for the Thanksgiving holiday and included a trip to Ocean City Md. for their Christmas Festival of Lights( highly recommended). The property is very reasonable for a family to stay. We plan to return again next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.
Owner response: Thanks Barb for your feedback. Good to know about the Festival of Lights in Ocean City, MD. We'll have to check that out. :)

What a great get-away! The house itself is beautifully appointed; not at all what you find in most rentals! I kept waiting for the family who lives there to appear. The house is spacious and warmly decorated. Since the weather was cold and rainy, the fireplace was a big hit after a day of shopping at the numerous outlets. There were young children in my party and the accomodations for them were excellent. In addition to a pack and play, high chairs and strollers for the 18 month old, there were games and videos for the older children. The house has many open areas: the foyer downstairs and the hallway upstairs where children can romp without running into obstacles. Because it was off-season, we were able to be seated immediately in downtown restauraunts recommended by Barry. The food and the service were terrific. We also indulged in Dover Downs (about a half hour away). This was a relaxing good time for all. Our party ranged in age from 18 months to 70 years old. Something for everyone! Thanks John and Barry!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thanks so much Doris. We hope to have you and your family visit again soon.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: I am a lawyer who lives in Washington, DC but I am originally from the Wilkes-Barre area of Pennsylvania. I love Penn State sports teams, the Phillies, politics, theater, golf, tennis, and exercise. We have three children. Our whole family loves going to Rehoboth Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach:
I have been vacationing in Rehoboth for 20 years. We love the size of the town - not too big, not too small - the great activities, restaurants, and welcoming environment. I wanted a home with a large pool and convenient access to the beach. I fell in love with this house when I saw the rare wetland views and the wildlife. It is a special place and very relaxing. My friends have enjoyed it and I know you will too.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
The home backs onto protected state tidal marsh/wetlands area of the Wolf Pit Branch of the Kings Creek with its wide array of wildlife. You will likely see hawks, eagles, herons, egrets, ducks, geese, deer, fox, and more. The home is close to all of Rehoboth Beach's activities yet, because it backs onto parkland and golf courses, it is extremely quiet and relaxing after a hard day at the beach.
Unlike other rental properties, which either don't offer a pool or only have small pool and no outdoor space, we offer a spacious pool as well as quiet streets and lots of green space.
Favorite rituals:
* After I wake up, I make a cup of coffee, put on my sunglasses, and go to the second floor balcony overlooking the wetlands. I relax watching the birds fly by and fish in the water while I drink my coffee.
* Going to the pool to swim some laps and play with my kids after we get all hot and sandy at the beach.
* Biking to Rehoboth Bay (very short ride) or Lewes (long ride) along a great trail through farmland, woods, and wetlands. Have lunch in Lewes and then return.
* Morning donuts from the Fractured Prune or afternoon gelatto from Gelato Girl, both of which are close by. Yummy treats!
* Jungle Jim's water park and Funland amusement park
* Minature golf at Shell We Golf
* Grotto pizza and at least one nice restaurant during any stay
