  Beautiful location literally on the beach. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the Pacific waves crashing on the shore and waking to the panoramic ocean view. The food and drinks in the pool-side palapa are one of the best deals in town and the staff is fun and caring. The unit was beautifully remodeled, meticulously clean and well appointed. The open living area gives plenty of room to entertain while the bedrooms are positioned nicely to provide quite escape when needed. The property management team (Bibi and Brandon) where very helpful with dining and attraction information. They lined us up with an amazing masseuse who came to the unit - an absolute must! We can't wait to return.

  Description is spot on. Truly great place to stay. Real life is better than the pictures. (Although the pictures are nice !) Brandon and Bibianna make sure that everything is perfect in the condo. I hope no one else discovers this jewel because we love it for us !!

  Even before you arrive at this fabulous location you feel take care of. The property managers Brandon and Bibi arranged for our transportation from the airport, a stop at Costco to pickup supplies and provided 2 cell phones for our use while we were there. You arrive at this gated community and are overwhelmed with the views of the ocean. Our six adult family members were greeted by Brandon and Bibi, at the check in desk and escorted down to the beach front property. The pictures in the listing cannot compete with the beautiful views from the patios and main living area. We were given suggestions on places to see, the best restaurants, and where to snorkel. This penthouse is clean, comfortable, and is well stocked with non-perishables. The heated pool with swim-up bar stools was steps away and we spent many hours of each day there. You can also get breakfast and lunch at the pool. The beach is private and quiet. If you wanted to go into town, it was walking distance, but taxis are always waiting at the entrance in case you wanted to venture further. The staff is extremely friendly, fluent in English, and were helpful in our desire to learn more Spanish. We highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it.

  This is a great condo and is professionally and wonderfully managed by Brandon and Bibi!! They are great, and a pleasure to deal with from the initial reservation all the way through the rental period. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Terrasol complex as it is an older development. It was very clean, well maintained and is incredibly situated on the beach and very near the marina. The heated pool with the swim up bar and the cozy restaurant was a short walk from the condo (you can actually see the pool out of one of the bedroom windows). Mario has worked at this facility for 17 years, and the food and drinks at the pool/restaurant were really good. The condo itself if very well situated. Actually saw a whale swimming by about 30-40 yards off the beach from the terrace...and then it breached 2 times. Awesome sight, and very close to shore!! Also saw several dolphins from the terrace, and really enjoyed just watching the sight of the waves coming in. They do actually "crash" in during certain times of the day, and sound like thunder at times during the day and night. Beach was very clean and is a great walking beach. The condo is very modern and well stocked!! DISH network didn't work in all of the rooms...but I don't go to Cabo to watch TV, so that was not an issue. Wireless internet, A/C's, appliances, etc. all worked very well. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is very well decorated and furnished. It is truly a luxury experience. Again, I can't say enough positive things about Brandon and Bibi and their management of this property. I will gladly work with them in the future, and look forward to returning to this particular condo in the future!!

  Once again we stayed at this unit... and it it the most wonderful spot in Cabo.. or the world to us!! Right on the Pacific Ocean... you can hear the waves crashing on the Beach at night. Mario at the Bar is just as friendly as could be... and the whole complex looks as good as ever! Cabo... and this Unit in general.. is the best deal anywhere!! Make sure and have Brandon or Bibi (who are GREAT) set you up a massage on the open patio and a limo from the airport!!! Hope to come back soon!!

  We have been to Cabo and Terrasol many times, so we know what to expect. However, this was the first time staying in this condo. We we're fortunate enough to have toured it a year earlier. The unit is fantastic, very well equipped with phones, sat. tv, wi-fi, and everything else you could need .Really the best part of it all, aside from it being the most spectacular location in Cabo, is the dedication of the two hosts Brandon and Bibi. Their relentless pursuit to make our vacation a success was so very much appreciated by all of us. We will definitely ask for their assistance again when we plan the next trip.

  Our Family clebrated our 25th anniversary here and it was as advertised - spacious, comfortable, even luxurious! The resort property is gated, well maintained, and very family friendly. We checked out the more lavish pools at resorts on either side, and they were nice, but it was almost more comfortable at the nice heated pool &Cabana @Terrasol! Breakfast, Lunches, and Drinks were yummy w/very fair prices. The walk to downtown Cabo was easy and all was within walking distance - swim with Dolphins, Whale Watching, Medano Beach, Capella Spa, and hike over the rocks to discover Lovers Beach and the Arch! Bibi and Brandon took care of any and all details and helped us sort through the various options for food and fun. Our top 3 eating recommendations - Cabo Cantina for yummy local fare, Hacienda for Best Dinner, and Sunset Mona Lisa for best views - pizza & Wine + sunset over Cabo =Priceless Memories!! Thanks Brandon and Bibi!!

  The condo location and amenities were great. Brandon and Bibi were very helpful and accommodating both before and during our stay. Great place for families,with pools and a beautiful walking beach. It is close to the marina and town but far enough away for peace and quiet if you want. Our only slight disappointment was with the on-site gym. We highly recommend this property.

  The listing could not truly represent how lovely this penthouse truly was. My husband and I have stayed at Terrasol previously and the other condos are ok but this one is truly exceptional. The beds are so very comfortable, the bathrooms are beautifully remodeled, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Truly, do not go the grocery store until you see how well stocked the cabinets are with condiments and spices. The patios have a full ocean view. We enjoyed breakfast each morning while watching the whales on our deck. There is a good BBQ that made dinner with friends perfect. The property managers, Brandon and Bibiana, were always available to answer questions via phone and email and responded almost immediately. The both helped us arrange tee times, reservations and massages. They went above and beyond. Terrasol itself has a perfect location. Easy walking to town and has a nicely heated pool. The resort is clean and staff are helpful if asked. Mario, at the poolside bar, is fantastic and always does his very best to make everyones meals and drinks perfect! We had an excellent stay in Cabo and have already referred several friends for this property and to Brandon/Bibiana! We will definitely back next year.

  Terrasol at Land's End...What a great place to stay in Cabo! It's far enough away from the craziness, but not so far you can't reach it easily via a $5 bicycle cab ride. The accommodations and remodel at this condo are top notch--not what you usually find in Mexico. It looks like the owner spared no expense. On our visit, we saw whales from the oceanfront balcony...not a bad thing at all. The beach on the Pacific side is almost private--so few people and NO hawkers trying to sell you something every five seconds. Very, very nice. The walk up and down the beach is picturesque...from the rock cliffs at lands end to the crashing waves next to El Farallon. (Don't miss having dinner at sunset there.) The pool & pool bar, which is a short walk from this unit, is fabulous !! The drinks are very good and priced right. The food--which is sorta typical TexMex bar food--makes it a very appealing option for lunch. All in all... you just can't go wrong with this unit...first class. And if there's anything you need, the management team (Brandon & Bibi) will address it immediately.
