Affinity, a privately-owned cottage, is one of 29 cottages built in the development of Gulfside Cottages (2002). The location is excellent - just steps to the community pool and to the beach with no roads to cross. The beach is rated #1 by USA Today. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, grocery stores, drug stores, banks, ice cream shops, and restaurants are within walking distance.
The cottage is a cozy, two-story, single-family dwelling furnished with comfort in mind. The downstairs has the entrance, washer and dryer room, kitchen, counter area with three stools, eating area with table and six chairs, a half bath, and the living area with two recliners, a sofa bed, and a television with VCR. Naturally, there is secured wireless Internet throughout.
The two bedrooms are upstairs, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and television. There is a queen-size bed in the front bedroom, and this bedroom has an outside porch. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an adjoining, enclosed sleeping porch (2 twin Murphy beds). The cottage is perfect for families. The cottage has three porches for pure relaxation, and there's parking in the front plus a covered carport. Individuals must be 25 years or older. Prefer families. No Smoking. Your family dog is welcome with prior approval for an additional $100 per dog, and your dog needs to be on a flea/tick program, beyond the chewing stage, and house broken.
Four beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler on wheels are provided to ease your packing cares. There's a gas grill under the carport for cooking your family favorites. All of the comforts of home are provided for your ideal family vacation.

My family loved this charming beach cottage in Destin. All of the comforts of home are included (fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, linens, and even beach chairs and beach towels) and the location can't be beat. Close to the grocery store, outlet mall and some of the best seafood restaurants in the area! The beautiful white beach is steps away and never crowded as in more densely populated areas. The neighborhood pool is perfect for a quick dip in the evening. We were even able to bring our two small dogs with us. We all had a wonderful time, made beautiful family memories and look forward to our next visit to the Affinity Beach Cottage! Thanks for everything Sylvia!

My husband and I took our 17 month old son on his very first beach vacation with both sets of Grandparents and we couldn't have chosen a better home to stay in. Affinity Beach Cottage was so clean and cozy with literally EVERYTHING you could possibly need! Sylvia was a wonderful help and gave us so many ideas of things to do. Just the short walk to the beach and the beautiful community pool alone kept us busy! The outlet mall was a great place to shop and have lunch, and what girl can pass up the Coach Outlet? The boys enjoyed fishing trips at the pier in the area and loved having comfortable beds to come home to. Thank you for everything! We will be back!

We had an excellent week at Affinity!!! The home was very clean and very well stocked. All you need is your swimsuit and food!!! The location is perfect...close to restaurants, mall, grocery etc. Would recommend this home to anyone!!
