This newly renovated vacation home provides views overlooking Main Street as well as Park City Mountain, and is the perfect base for whatever brings you to town. Being on Main street puts you in the center of all the action with restaurants, bars, shops and art galleries right at your doorstep. The Town Lift accessing Park City Mountain Resort is less than a 5 minute walk from the front door which allows for Ski In / Ski Out accessibility. There is also a free shuttle to either The Canyons or Deer Valley Resorts right out the back door which can allow you to ski 3 different mountains in one vacation if you want!
Alpine Lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests (plus 1 child) and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spa like bathroom with separate his and her sink vanities, copper fixtures, a rock wall accented whirlpool tub, flat screen TV with cable, iPod compatible radio, free Wi-Fi, and of course air-conditioning.

My husband and I stayed for 3 days for our first trip to Salt Lake. The condo was exactly as described and just steps away from the town lift, shopping, bus transportation, and many restaurants with a very vibrant night life. The condo was very clean and updated and well stocked with cooking supplies and perfect for two people. As a bonus Aloha ski rental is located conveniently on the first floor of the building. The temperature was a bit difficult to control but cracking the balcony door solved that problem. Would highly recommend this condo!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My husband and I stayed at Alpine Lodge for 3 nights. We didn't have a car and wanted to be in the heart of it all, and were not disappointed. Restaurants, shopping, bus stops, and a ski lift were all at our fingertips. The condo is perfect for a couple. It is cute and charming with a modern mountain town vibe. The two vanities in the bathroom were ideal, and the finishes were very nice. Fortunately, the studio came with a humidifier which I needed every night for the unexpected dryness. Also, we could not control the heat as it was connected to the building's boiler. This made the room a few degrees warmer than I would have liked, however cracking the door to the balcony helped. Alan was very responsive in getting back to us on our queries before and during the trip. If we ever needed another studio rental in Park City we would look to him to come back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My husband found this place for our first trip to Park City for a snowboard trip. The location was awesome! Easy two blocks for him to the town lift! I wasn't skiing this trip and was very pleased to find a great spa just one block away! Hardest part of vacation was picking which restaurants to hit...all just seconds away! The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. The owner is very attentive and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely return to this spot for our next trip to Park City!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I spent 4 nights at this Alpine Lodge unit and was very pleased with my experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable and we were exceptionally happy with the service. The owner was easily accessible (via phone, email or text), very responsive and even proactive in checking in on us during our stay. The unit is well kept and was very clean. I would absolutely consider staying here again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I was in town for a week prior to Sundance and looking for a charming place right on Main Street because I didn't have a car. I ended up staying here and couldn't have been happier. The room was clean, the balcony gave me a nice place to unwind with a cocktail in the evening, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect for soaking my bones after a day in the cold. I loved that it had a kitchen with a full-sized fridge - one of my pet peeves is hotel rooms with mini-fridges packed with mini-bar items where you can't even refrigerate a bottle of water or two. I should point out that even though I received an email with all the information I needed well in advance - access codes, etc - I failed to look at it prior to landing at the airport at 8 PM. When I searched for it, I couldn't find it. I called the customer service number provided and immediately got a voice on the other end of the phone - that was refreshing. After a brief chat, I had all the information I needed emailed to me right away. That's customer service! The location is great - you couldn't ask for a better spot on Main Street. You're just a few minutes away from anything on Main and there are even shops and restaurants in the same building. If you're worn out from a long day, all you have to do is take the elevator downstairs to grab some Thai food. If you're about to head out and it's colder than you expected it to be, you can pop into the clothing store downstairs and pickup a new jacket, hat, scarf, set of gloves, etc. It's also conveniently located close to free parking for you and your guests, should you end up renting a car during your stay. All in all, I had a great time and will definitely look into staying there next time I'm in Park City!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Check in after 4pm Check out before 10am (a late check-out or early check in may be available for a fee) ***All bookings of 4 or more nights at current published rate, receive complimentary arrival and departure cleaning services....all bookings under 4 nights are required to pay a one time housekeeping fee of $60.00. At your request additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an extra charge. ***To confirm your reservation, payment must be received in full. ***For information about long term rentals please contact us. Rental Party: The guest confirms that he or she is over the age of 21 and can legally enter into this agreement. The rental party shall only consist of Guest and his/her family unless otherwise approved. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 persons. Anyone found staying with more than the maximum occupancy will automatically forfeit security deposit. Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 4:00 p.m. on arrival date of confirmed reservation (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the departure date of the confirmed reservation (the “Checkout Date”). An early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee but must be arranged in advance. To ensure security, special time coded locks are installed and individual codes will be issued for each and every reservation. These codes will only work between the check in time and the check out time. The door codes will be invalid after the specified check out time and any attempt to stay in the unit later than check out will result in automatic lock out with no re-entry, forfeiture of your security deposit, and potential trespassing charges. Housekeeping: There is a one-time fee of $60.00 per stay for a pre arrival and post departure cleaning. While linens, towels and kitchen and bath supplies are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Homeowner agrees to deliver the property in clean condition. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. (Additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional $60 per cleaning) Rental Rate and Fees: Payment in full is due immediately in order to confirm reservation. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500.00 is required. This must be received in order to confirm the reservation. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) business days of departure, provided the rules listed in Exhibit A (Rental Rules) are abided by. Furthermore if any damages are done or expenses incurred by the Guest in excess of the $500.00 security deposit, the Guest agrees to reimburse Homeowner for any and all additional expenses. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the Guest will be refunded as follows: • 50% refunded if cancelled 45 days or earlier than the Check-in Date. • NO REFUND if cancelled less than 45 days prior to the Check-in Date. No refunds will be given for storms, lack of snow, mountain closures, road closures, or other acts of god. If the Homeowner has to cancel the reservation for ANY reason the Homeowner agrees to issue a 100% refund for the entire rental amount stated in this agreement to the Guest. The Homeowner will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the Guest other than the amount stated in this rental agreement. Accidents, Injuries, Illness, and Loss of Personal Property: The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. In Room Lock Box: There is a combination lock box in the condo closet. Homeowner will provide Lock Box combination to Guest at time of reservation confirmation. The code to the lock box is given only to previous guests however housekeeping, maintenance, and any other people who have access to the unit do not know the combo. This box is provided only as a convenience for guests however the Owner is not responsible for the safe, the lock, or the security of said safe or lock. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is insurance that is intended to cover medical expenses, financial default of travel suppliers, and other losses incurred while traveling, either within one's own country, or internationally. We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. Failure to abide by these rules can result in full or partial forfeiture of the security deposit. Payment: Acceptable payment methods: Credit Card (VISA MasterCard or AMEX) or Paypal Bank Transfer. In the event of a cancelled/bounced check there is a fee of $50.00. Exhibit A - RENTAL RULES: Failure to abide by these rules can result in full or partial forfeiture of your security deposit! 1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the unit, on the balcony or in any of the building’s common areas. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. The Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 4. The Guest agrees to only use appliances for their intended uses. 5. The Guest agrees to inform the Homeowner of any damages done to the unit during the rental. 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. The Guest must be at least 21 years of age. 8. Unless previously agreed upon, Checkout must occur prior to 10:00am. If you would like to arrange for a late check out please contact Homeowner as soon as possible to determine if it will be available. Any attempt to stay in the unit later than check out will result in automatic lock out with no re-entry, forfeiture of your security deposit, and potential trespassing charges. 9. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. 10. Electric Fireplace - NEVER leave the electric fireplace on when not in the room!!! 11. Doors to Apartment and Balcony - Please remember to always lock the Front Door and Balcony doors when not in the room. 12. Skis, Boots, Boards and Other Equipment: The unit is equipped with a ski rack and mat to absorb water and prevent damage to the floor. We request that you keep your equipment in that area and do not leave wet/sharp equipment in a place where it could potentially damage the furniture or carpet. It is also possible to store your skis at the Town Lift storage facility so you don’t have to walk back from the slopes each day with your equipment. 13. Common Area Hot Tub: Free use on a first come first serve basis. Please leave the spa area in the same condition as you found it. No children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tubs at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. 14. Common Area Laundry: Free use on a first come first serve basis. Please leave the Laundry area in the same condition as you found it. 15. Posted Common Area Rules: All rules posted in the buildings common area must be abided by at all times.

The location on Main Street cannot be beat. It is right in the center of the strip so whatever bar, restaurant, etc is your favorite...you are always within a short walk.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Its one of the few condos that offers both ski in ski out access with only a 5 minute walk to the lift that is also on main street. Most places you end up driving or taking taxis to get around but not at Alpine Lodge...I actually discourage my guests from renting a car since you already have everything at your doorstep and the free public transport system is great!
