  Troy and Lisa obviously love their Camelot Castle and love sharing it with others! This home is well taken care of with plenty of supplies. The location is great for avoiding too many people in cramped ski towns. We enjoyed our Ski days in Park City but it was nice to go back to a quiet place. The huge 3 car garage was perfect for unloading all our ski “stuff” with out hauling it around with us. Great restaurants and grocery stores within 2 miles made it really easy to feed my starving teenagers around the clock! Lisa left us goodies through out the house in candy dishes and cookie jars which was a fun treat. And a special thanks goes out to Troy for responding to our S.O.S call when our car battery died and we needed a jump start! This home is beautiful and the owners really do “Treat you like royalty!” T. Gagon

  Camelot Vacation Home has become our family’s new favorite vacation home! We stayed last October and the fall colors on the mountains were incredible. We ate all our meals on the back patio so we could soak up the beautiful mountain views. We did chair lift rides at Sundance Resort and also took advantage of their bicycle rental so we could tour the mountain sides. My husband and sons loved the golf course at Thanksgiving Point, while my daughters and grandkids enjoyed their museum activities. The house and yard at this property are well cared for, beautiful and very spacious. Considering the cost of enough hotel rooms for 13 of us to stay in, this home is well worth it! Plenty of fun activities near by and plenty of space to just hang out in. Shantel D.

  My family stayed at this property to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. We had 22 people all under one roof for 5 days and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of bathrooms, large bedrooms, 3 different rooms to gather in, a pool table for the kids, a beautifully stocked kitchen with 2 ovens! Lisa and Troy even had a second fridge dropped off to us because we had so much party food. The rates are so affordable considering the space this house offers and we really appreciate that Troy and Lisa are willing to go that extra mile. Thank You! John and Camille

  Dear Troy and Lisa, Thank you for sharing your amazing house. My husband and I are still talking about the HUGE Master Suite and the HUGE Master Bathroom.....WOW! And we have never stayed in a place that was so clean and well stocked. You have thought of everything! And thank you Lisa for sending us a great massage therapist.   Our stay at Camelot exceeded our expectations! Lisa was beyond wonderful, friendly and helpful, and went above-and-beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a cozy retreat. The home itself is amazing! Every room in the house is HUGE, and there's so much space! We were able to entertain a large group of friends even, because it seemed like it would be a waste to not take advantage of such an elegant and spacious venue! I will definitely be returning! The location was also great. Camelot is in a quiet little town but right off of the I-15, and only a block away from Utah County's main road, State Street. The entrance to Provo Canyon is only about 4 miles away too, which makes Park City about a 45 minute drive.

  Hi Lisa, I've been wanting to post this for some time now but life just has been too busy. I can't thank you enough for the wonderful my may family had at your home. I'm so glad we found it on home away. It was perfect! Lots of room and the bedrooms were really big. It was great to have so much room with so many of us. I'm really considering booking it again for just me and my 3 kids just because there is so much to do at the house and so close to so many things. Next time I'd like to Thanksgiving point, Sundance ski resort in the summer and Timpanogos cave. So much to do and see there and you are located so close to all of it.   I thoroughly loved staying at your beautiful Home. "Camelot" is perfectly named. The reunion of my family members will be greatly remembered by our stay at your place. Between the spacious rooms and the great location to everything we needed to access, it was a dream come true. The spa day that Lisa arranged for us really helped us relax and feel totally pampered. A couple of my Aunts had never had a massage, and they were totally surprised by the "princess like" treatment!!! I will definitely spread the word to anyone that will listen...thank you again for the memories that you helped us create.

  Dear Lisa & Troy, My family had a fantastic trip to Utah! We took our grandkids to Heber for the “Famous Heber Creeper Train Ride” that you referred us to on your website. I don’t know who enjoyed it the most... the kids or the adults? Your home was so comfy with plenty of bedding, linens, and towels. Having a fully stocked laundry room was also very convenient. The location was perfect for accessing everything we wanted to do. We don’t like to cook much so having good restaurants close by was helpful. Your home is beautiful and spacious. Well taken care of and clean! I highly recommend this property to anybody wanting to spend quality family time together. Thanks Again, Mary

  This house is very well designed to accommodate large groups/families. Enough space for alone time if wanted, but yet enough space for all of my sisters and brothers to gather for movies and pool tournaments. The owners have done a great job in stocking the home with plenty of bedding and towels. We had a fully stocked kitchen and my sisters loved the double ovens. We spent our days skiing at Sundance Ski Resort and it was so nice to have such a short drive (15 minutes). In fact, everything we needed for a great vacation was within 15 minutes, grocery stores, restaurants, sledding and skiing. The local sports store even had some great sales on snowboards! My siblings are already talking about coming back during the summer months for some hiking fun. We learned that Utah mountains have amazing hiking trails! We will definitely stay at Camelot Home when we come back to Utah. No more small hotel rooms! And forget the overpriced resorts, we had everything we needed to feel like “royalty”.   We LOVED our stay at Camelot retreat. The place is BEAUTIFUL, HUGE and So Clean!! It more than accommodated our group of 17. The Bedrooms were roomy and comfy With lots of drawers and huge closets for all of our stuff. The kitchen area is huge as well. Allowing our entire group to eat breakfast all together each morning. The enormous and comfy family room with the fire place, big screen TV, wet bar and pool table was the perfect gathering place in the evenings for our large group. We were all VERY pleased with our accommodations. We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Lisa and Troy !! You were so great to work with and we had wonderful vacation.

Cancellation policy:

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT This Short Term Rental Agreement is made by and between Lisa Ross and Troy Walker (“Homeowners”) and ‘Guest” as of the date that payment is received and accepted by said “Homeowners” paid from “Guest” for the purpose of renting the specific property listed below. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property Location: 145 South 200 East Lindon, Utah 84042 Land Line 801-796-3533 2. Furnishings: The property is furnished and includes all necessary appliances, cookware, linens, bedding, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, bath soaps, bath towels. 3. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and persons previously listed in the guest’s reservation itinerary. No events such as reunions, weddings, holiday parties, and similar to these events shall take place that include persons other than already listed by guest. 4. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 22 persons. 5. Times of Occupancy: Guest agrees to check in no sooner than 3:00 p.m. on the arrival date. Guest agrees to check out no later than 11:00 a.m. on the date of departure. A $50 LATE FEE PER HOUR AFTER 11:00 AM WILL BE CHARGED. 6. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. If a rental is taken for less than 2 days the guest will be charged the 2nd night rate. 7. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. 8. Owner Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable, respectful manner to Guest. 9. Rental Rate and Fees: a. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of reservation is due at the signing of this Rental Agreement. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to the Check-In Date. b.The deposit is applied toward the total cost of rental fees and is non-refundable in accordance to the “Cancellation Policy” below. c. The Daily Rate is $450. (Includes weekends and holidays) d. Discounted Daily Rate is $375 for Guests staying 14 days or longer (Includes weekends and holidays) e. In addition to the daily rental fee is a $150 cleaning fee, applicable sales tax, and a $69 fee for property damage protection. 10. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: * 100% if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the Check-In Date. * NO REFUNDS can be given for cancellations less than 30 days prior to Check-In Date. ____________________________________________________ This property owner and inquiring guest do now agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by payment sent from the Guest and as evidenced by payment accepted by Homeowners from the said Guest. *See Exhibit A Below for Rental Rules Exhibit A RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house or near windows and doors. Smoking is allowed outside only and with STRICT CONSIDERATION to non-smokers. 2. Camelot Vacation Home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur with any guest while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this Rental Agreement all Guests agree to be solely responsible for their own health and well-being. 3. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Guests agree to keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. 5. Sorry, Pets are NOT allowed. 6. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. However, you will be provided with all necessary cleaning items, as well as a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron to help keep your stay comfortable and tidy. While linens and bath towels are included in the home, we suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home for outside use. 7. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged the costs involved in repair and restore. ______________________________________________________ This property owner and inquiring guest do now agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by payment sent from the Guest and as evidenced by payment accepted by Homeowners from the said Guest.
