Don't pay top dollar for just a room, get the whole house - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ceiling fans, WiFi, 4 TVs, full kitchen, deck w/gas grill, balcony, choice of 2 pools, and a private cabana (restrooms) at the edge of the beach.
The first floor living area will comfortably accommodate your family and friends with new applicances in a full kitchen, dining table, comfortable over stuffed sofa and loveseat, books, TV, and DVD with movies. The sliding glass door opens on to the deck with a gas grill and seating and one of the pools is only steps away.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and a washer/dryer. One bedroom has one queen size bed and one twin size bed and TV. The other bedroom has three twin size beds and a TV. Both rooms have ceiling fans.
The entire third floor is a large master suite with a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, full bath with dressing area, and sliding glass door that opens on to the private balcony that overlooks a lagoon and fountain.
Our unit is in the front of the complex just behind the property management company Vacation Time at the corner of Lemoyne and S. Forest Beach Rd. It is a couple of doors away from one of the two pools in the complex. The complex also has a small children's playground, several lagoons with fountains, paved beach path out to the ocean with cabana (restrooms) for your convenience. Bike and walking paths connect all corners of the island. Shopping, dancing, golf, tennis and restaurants are all in easy walking distance from the front door.
Stay busy all day and night or just relax and enjoy being away from home. There is something for everyone.

The condo was lovely! Lots of space for the whole family. Third floor master was a favorite ( especially if you are an Elvis or Marilynn fan) very tasteful and nice and private. SUPER close walk to the beach and about a 15-20 min. walk to Coligny plaza. My children enjoyed all the turtles in the ponds and around the fountains on the grounds! Owner was very pleasant to work with!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family just returned from a stay at this property and I can't wait to go back next year! The location was wonderful. This unit is very close to the front of the property and therefore just a short walk (<5min) to the beach. The pools and the landscaping of the property were also fun for the kids. They enjoyed the swimming and pointing out/chasing the birds, fish, and turtles. The unit itself was very well furnished and supplied with everything we needed including a great little stash of beach chairs and toys. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I loved how the master bedroom was on a third level and was decorated with more of a "romantic" feel, while the kids could all be on the second floor. One minor glitch in the property was handled quickly and professionally by the owner. Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun beach trip and hope to return myself next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I had the pleasure of staying at this property over Easter weekend 2011, during the Heritage Golf Tournament. It was extremely well maintained, very clean, and within walking distance to shopping, resturants, and the beach. It was quiet and had lots of parking available right outside the door. If you want a wonderful place to vacation and a perfect place to stay, I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed! Sincerely, A.
